Well, if your workers will each get their own personal hut and won’t have to share it with other workers, you could deduct more out of their pay because you’re offering them better work conditions. Also, if the huts have small window-like openings, and are not that draughty, you could deduct even more out of their pay, because of the even better conditions.

How’s the food situation at your establishment? Will you provide for your workers, or are they supposed to catch their own food? If you come up with enough small perks like these, your workers will eventually have to pay you for the opportunity to work for your agency, which is always nice.

On the other hand, if you don’t care that much about investing into your agency, you could always resort to this moderately priced tool others have found effective in the old days.

I have taken an email marketing course by Ezra, and even though I didn't have to pay for it (one of my clients knows Ezra personally), I still found it lacking in value. I imagine this course that you're considering would be similar.

As an email marketer myself, I have found that talking about problems and solutions in your emails is the best way to persuade customers to buy. Talk about the problems that your customers face and how your products are the solution. My recently released book about email marketing talks about this in more detail - if you're interested, you can find the book here.

Hope that helps.
