Have you heard of this book: https://www.amazon.com/Subtle-Art-Not-Giving-Counterintuitive/dp/0062457713 ? I really recommend it!!!

You are a great person, you have ambitions and goals! Majority of people don't have that, believe me!

To me it seems like you are trying to meet someone else's expectations (you parents? your friends?). You don't have to be the best to be happy! That opinion, that happiness comes with uniqueness has been around for way too long. That's not true :)
You don't do stuff with a goal to become really good. You do stuff because you like doing it! And when you enjoy doing it and do spend a lot of time doing it, then you become really good! See, it's not a goal, it's a result!
It's all in that book, it's worth time and money, read it :)

long story, I use https://www.amazon.com/Natures-Way-Johns-Wort-Capsules/dp/B0009EXLPI

I do the math. for ME. I generally need 3 a day. But I DO NOT take 3 at once. I do it "every" 8 hours to keep me stabilized. taking 3 at once doesn't go thru the entire day, it just burns through within 8 hours (again for me).

with that said, stability in your pills are necessary. then on "strong" days I would take 4. 2 at the start, and n8 hours 1x, and then another 1x.

with that (for me) i've been pretty functional.

then of course tset yourself, get off it like cold turkey so that your body does NOT get normalized and be immune to it's affects

I bought two books from Amazon in July 2011--They not only saved me from Critical-fatal injury 3 times, but gave me self confidence.
Although I studied most from the "Complete Krav Maga..." This edition includes Simple stretch preparations in case ones body is not entirely on par with the forms required range of motion.

Comcast is the fucking worst, on a global scale. I try to not support them whenever I can because they work to pass legislature to restrict liberty and enable mass surveillance, but that's a whole different rant.

Here's what I did that made me a lot happier when I moved to town whose ISP options were Comcast or fist yourself:
I cut the cable cord years ago, and replaced it with Netflix, torrenting, and being okay with watching shows a day after they come out.

When I got Comcast I got Comcast Business: better customer support, priority service, no data caps, better speeds, and for a marginally higher price. They ask you what your business is, so you can kind of tell them whatever. They don't check your tax ID or anything. They try like hell to upsell you to a 100MB/s plan but just insist in the 16MB/s, you really don't need more.

NEVER use comcasts routers or modems. They're garbage and they charge you like 10$ a month for shitty equipment that cost $30 in the first place. It's a higher upfront cost, but your internet won't drop and you'll actually get the speed you're paying for. Here's what I bought for Comcast:
ROUTER - Asus RT-AC68U
MODEM - Arris Surfboard SB6141

Both were super easy to set up and have been kicking ass ever since.

Also, anything the tech can do for you short of refreshing your signal or processing your bill payment, you can probably look up on google.

Sorry to hear you had to deal with their bullshit.

Keep a black robe by the door, and a copy of this

Just pick a random page and begin reading to them in a deep, forceful tone. Don't let them interrupt, just keep reading, and when you're bored or they are properly horrified, slowly close the door while continuing to read.

New YouTube channel!

I have this and it sucks. It is a social phobia called paruresis (PAR-U-RE-SIS).

Ive have had it for 15 years and have sensitized myself so much that my mind is conditioned to perceive fear in public bathrooms. Hell, it takes me longer if im in earshot at a friends house and they can hear me. Why?

Fear of people noticing me taking longer, fear of judgement. All that bullshit that has manifested in me for so long.

I am just now working to recover from this using cognitive behavioral therapy which includes desensitization and exposure to the feared stimulus. If you sense fear when walking into public restroom then you have sensitized yourself to it.

Exposure therapy is exactly what it sounds like. Pee in front of people as often as you can.

You have to tell people and DO NOT keep it a secret. fucking own that shit or it will haunt you and it WILL get worse. You will start to avoid all public bathrooms that you do not perceive as safe and you this will control you.

DO NOT KEEP THE SECRET AND DO NOT CONTINUE TO AVOID!!!!! By doing that you are only increasing the minds Pavlovian conditioned response to a feared stimulus.

There are varying degrees, but if the thought of you going into a public bathroom and you started worrying about it taking to long and what others may or may not be thinking then start to beat to this shit now.
