$70 for the Seiko, $60 for the Bulova, or $120 for the pair, shipped CONUS. I'm trying to finance my purchase of a SARB035. A little about the watches:

Seiko "5" SARZ005:

41mm diameter case with a 4R36 movement (hacking, handwinding). Comes with the original bracelet, all links. Condition is good, with some normal scuffs on the case and bracelet (more so the bracelet; I couldn't get the case scratches to show in the photos). It really looks it's best on a brown leather strap (pictured, but not included). It's a hair too big for my tastes, but it always gets compliments for its sporty wrist presence. The applied indices are prominent and have well-applied Seiko lume, especially at 12 o'clock.

Bulova Precisionist 96B158:

40mm case, 22mm lugs and the well known Precisionist quartz movement with a sweeping seconds hand. I bought it as a dress watch but it works way better as a smart casual watch. I picked this one up right before Bulova removed the tuning fork logo from 12', which seems crazy to me since it adds a lot of character to the dial. The crown and clasp are both signed with that logo. Again, good condition with some light scuffing on the polished case. I'm including the stock black strap because the clasp is cool, but it's well worn so I'll also throw in a barely-worn Hirsch "Camelgrain" strap as well (after all, this is my only watch with 22mm lugs!). Lovely match against the grey dial.

EDIT: Also for what it's worth, I think the Bulova punches above its weight. The face and crown are straight class, and that second hand is mesmerizing (not mine, but this video shows the sweep in 60fps). It's just not the smaller dress watch that I'm looking for.

If you want an inexpensive, great-looking, highly-accurate and reliable quartz watch, this is a great option.

What attracted me to this watch was the dial which has a lot of 3 dimensional texture to it and the smooth-sweeping seconds hand. The band is a slightly stiff, but comfortable black leather with faux-croc pattern. This watch could be dressed up or down with a strap change. I think brown leather would look great on it.

The most interesting aspect of this watch is it’s Precisionist-class torsional resonator movement which uses a three-prong quartz crystal that creates a vibration frequency of 262.144 kHz. The Precisionist-class movement has been shown to be three times more accurate than standard quartz. This proprietary manufactured movement, including the signature floating second hand, also offers a resistance to gravitational error which further improves accuracy.

I have an automatic Stuhrling that i just wear occasionally as a beater that I'd sell you for pretty cheap, if you were interested. PM me if you wanted some pictures and details.

Seiko 5 circlejerking aside, that's probably your most popular option buying new. That said, I'm personally not a fan of the <$100 SNK models. The 37mm case fits well on a lot of people but looks like a toy on my wrist, and just not a fan of the overall design.

Some other suggestions around $100 if you were buying new:

• Any number of Orient watches. Check out Longislandwatch.com for a good selection...the Bambino and Mako are probably the most popular.
  
  
• Seiko 5 SNZ series: For about $40 more, I like these watches infinitely more than the SNKs. Here's an example. Much better water resistance, hand winding, bigger and (in my opinion) more appealing case.
  
  
• Invicta 8926OB: Basically a sub homage. I tend to avoid Chinese companies, and the Invicta brand is (rightfully) hated around here for their sketchy marketing and quality consistency, but it's a solid watch for the money. The NH35A movement is one of the few you'll find at this price point too that can be hand wound. Rodina and Seagull are a couple of other Chinese companies you might want to look at. Orient Mako Orange -$110 SOLD
The Orient Mako line is well-known for punching above its weight class, and the Orange dial version is probably my favorite (I prefer it to my Gen 1 Orange Monster). This iteration also happens to fairly sought after, as eBay vendors are asking $197 and up (there’s an Orient Mako XL for $148 for bigger-wristed folks).

This watch keeps good time and is good cosmetic condition. Crystal is flawless. Bezel (a common problem with Orient divers) clicks smoothly. Case and bezel inserts has minor use marks. Watch will come on the pictured Nato strap as well as the OEM bracelet that’s sized to 7” wrist. 41mm case x 22mm lug width.

Citizen Eco-Drive AT0200 Field Chrono - $65 SOLD
This is a popular and well-reviewed field watch, and for good reasons: almost fool-proof Eco-Drive tech, one of the more legible chrono dials I’ve seen, robust lume, and nice touches such as the red second hand and matching red WR100 text. 39mm x 20mm.

My sample is well-kept and in good cosmetic condition. Crystal has a tiny hairline scratch near the 2 o’clock marker. Cases has normal wear marks. Caseback is spotless. Watch comes on an unworn NATO band.

Seiko Solar SNE039 - $58 SOLD
I love mechanical watches as much as the next guy, but it’s nice to have a grab-and-go quartz when you’re in a rush; if said quartz watch requires minimal long-term maintenance due to being solar-powered AND also bears a tasteful design, all the better! This was almost my exact rationale for getting this watch, only to receive something similar from the Mrs soon after that I end up wearing instead.

Love this piece. I've always been a big fan of the negative display and atomic time sync function, so when it came time to get a watch with a tide function, this was an easy choice. This will come with a JaysAndKays NATO as well as the original rubber strap w/ wrist guards.

As the thread title says, I'm selling a Citizen BM8180-03E Eco-Drive watch. Despite being about three years old, it's very lightly used; I'd say a 9+/10. The second hand strikes exactly on mark. I love the flieger-like face, but I very seldom wore it; with a diameter of 37mm, it looks quite small on my wrist. I'm also including the original box.

The BM8180-03E seems to have a small following on /r/watches, and it earned hundreds of excellent reviews on Amazon.

Watch works just like it's supposed to. Keeps time as if new.

There is a very noticeable scratch on the face of the watch, Tried to get a good shot of it - visible in at least the first 3 shots.

I don't have the original leather strap. IMHO it was kind of junk anyway. This NATO matches the watch so much better anyway - it should come standard.

I really like this watch and the combo, but I've moved on and a g-shock is now my daily.

I bought this Citizen off of this sub back in March. I thought it would be a fun beater watch, but honestly have only worn it once or twice. I'm looking to sell it to put towards a new purchase. They are very light so only show up in certain light/angles. It might be able to be polished out.
