His name is spelled with a c. It’s that way on all official merchandise including the official DVD covers (https://www.amazon.co.jp/ユーリ-ICE-1-スペシャルイベント優先販売申込券付き-DVD/dp/B01LZ06ZA2) and the creators have made a conscious choice to spell it that way. I’m pretty sure it also appears in the anime briefly, again spelled with a c. Japanese fans spell it consistently with a c because that is his name.
Some English-speaking fans have decided it “should be a k” and are disregarding the canon choice, because apparently the people who created the show are wrong about spelling the name of the character they created. The creators of the show have made it very clear the correct spelling of this particular character’s name is Victor. It is the fans who are insisting otherwise who are being disrespectful.
