Pro tip:

To prevent Poseidon's Kiss, grab a lil handful of toilet paper and lay it in the water (in the "target area"), before you go. Paper gives a nice little "landing pad", if you will, and your butt will stay dry.

Also, I just got a bidet and it's the best fucking thing in the world. America is waaay behind on this. I got this one:

it was easy to install and keeps you feeling sooo clean. Also need to use paper only to dry yourself. That way I don't feel so wasteful to drop a few squares in the potty before I go #2.

^sorry ^for ^the ^tmi!

It's like the modern version of tinted moisturizer, sort of? Very common in Asian beauty—I think that's where they originated. Lighter coverage and more skincare-like than regular foundation, but definitely more makeup than skincare. I use this one as my everyday face product; friggin love it.

Most of the stuff I don't use (the travel mug really is great though), but I had an idea that I emailed to our marketing person. So far it hasn't been realized but maybe you'll like it! I think we should get these, with our logo on the cover: https://www.amazon.com/Bamboo-Travel-Utensils-Go-Carrying/dp/B002BFPKFM/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_79_bs_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=KRSHDPAMXD8571DZ4C44.

The one I use is Derma E Overnight Peel. It tingles a bit when you put it on, but I wake up to the smoothest skin! You do need to be diligent about wearing sunblock during the day because it will make you more sun sensitive. You also might want to patch test it first to make sure you don't have any adverse reactions.

I'm working on my audiobook narration career, and one of the homework assignments by my coach was to pick a book, preferably in my demographic, preferably business or self-improvement, to practice narration with. I went on Amazon and found the book Get Over Your Damn Self: The No-BS Blueprint to Building a Life-Changing Business. I did no further research into it, blind buying it, as I have a small biz that I thought I could maybe use this book for.

It ended up being for MLMs - Rodan and Fields, in fact. I wish I had read the synopsis before I spent money on this book! But I persevered, thinking I could use *some* aspects of the book for my own small biz. Nope. I got just about halfway through before I had to put it aside. I couldn't even continue it as practice. So many predatory practices I was just offended. One of the exercises was to make a list of like 20 different people you could approach: like the barista where you get coffee every day, the woman you see at the grocery store every week, your kid's coach, your pastor's wife. Part of the solution was to practice a very short 30-second "speech" that you would give to your victim in a rush to convince them to either buy or join your team.

a quick reverse-image search reveals an ad for a wig, on which she clearly used some sort of makeup app/filter??

As a start, you can use sunscreen to prevent further UV damage and use alpha hydroxy acid to reduce pigmentation caused by acne scarring. Note that sunscreen is an absolutely must.

When I was getting rid of discoloration i used AHA every night and sunscreen every morning. You don't want to use AHA in the morning because it makes you very sensitive to uv damage, source and most people can't handle application more than 1x/day anyway.

My favorite AHA

My favorite sunscreen

I had a Too Faced version (Better Than False Lashes and that's exactly what it did. So sticky that my lashes would stick together 6+ hours after application - it just never dried. And then it clumps up and starts to tear your eyelashes out. Yuck :(
