Also you do yourself a lot of favors if you lose a ton of weight. Skinny men look very similar to skinny women. As a F trying to appear more genderless, the first thing I started on was my diet and bringing my weight from the top end of normal, to the bottom side of it. In the end, it's a healthy weight either way, but it helped me a TON mentally to drop the pounds.
Don't just shave, also apply makeup/foundation after. Your skin may look like a beautiful godess, but women have peach fuzz, not a clean shave, this will also help hide and shadow caused by facial hair.
