for the dealer's hall, if something catches your eye and you're worried about it being too expensive, ask if they can lower the price a bit. say that you're a little short on change or something. i did this for a wig (because i was actually a few dollars short) and needed it last minute for a cosplay and the dealer (bless him) was nice enough to lower the price for me. :)
A straight answer here:
The ones from PVPfilmworks were the official aqours in LA ones that you had to preorder online. These you picked up in front of the Microsoft theater. The Generic lights(same brand just anime expo versions) were sold in front of the Microsoft theater(right next to aqours penlight pickup)
