I recently had the pleasure to attend a month long screenings of Seijun Suzuki's works as selected by Tom Vick from the smithsonian, most of the films were brought over from Japan and shown on 35mm , my favorite films of the selection were one of his earlier Nikkatsu films The Sleeping Beast Within and one that was decidedly more banal in line with his more expiremental later year films Tales of Sorrow and Sadness I highly reccomend to checkout Seijun Suzukis works and also I got an opportunity to pickup the great book that Tom Vick authored on Suzuki Time and Place are Nonsense:The Films of Seijun Suzuki

So, I ordered two instruments online and they finally got here. I ordered a mini Stylophone and a Otamatone. They are pretty awesome and hilarious. I've also learned only musical nerds still play the stylophone because there are not too many sites that have notes up for songs, guess I'll have to go through trial and error.

I bought a small tripod on Amazon that works pretty well for me.

I believe most DIY coated denim projects rely on solely wax or a wax/resin mixture. The trick is usually to get even absorption into the fibers.

I can't speak from experience but I would gather maybe a more commercial settings might utilize a polyurethane treatment.

"IBS" is such a catch all phrase for when the doctors aren't sure what is causing you problems. I had some success following the elimination diet. It took a lot of planning and will power to follow through with, and admittedly, I think some of it is junk science, but drastic times call for drastic measures. I did all of phase 1 and phase 2, still felt sort of sick all the time except for during phase 1, which was basically a weekend of only liquid foods. I eventually tried taking digestive enzymes with every fatty meal, and it has changed my life. One of my favorite recipes from the book was yam, avocado, and black bean tacos on handmade brown rice tortillas.

edit: these are the digestive enzymes I take. Worth looking into!

Well it's not exactly Avant-garde but I ended up cheaping out and getting this bag

This is the one I didn't pull the trigger on, but I may still get it someday... if I can find it again. Seeing that its sold out is making me feel a little regretful about my decision...
