That list looks very thorough to me! But I can add the Goddess sports bra and Glamorise 1 Glamorise 2. I'm sure they are on the Glamorise website, or should be, but just in case OP doesn't find them. These aren't exactly racerback, but depending on why u/BunFett wants racerback, they might be fine. If it's because of slipping straps, these should be good for that, but if it's a fashion feature that OP wants then that may not be available in this size.

Obligatory suggestion for OP to measure herself over at r/ABraThatFits and be sure to make a Measurement Check post including her 6 measurements, if she wants to double-check if she's in the best size for her, or if she tries some of these suggestions and finds that they aren't working for her, we can try to troubleshoot.

I use a massage hook that I got on amazon for like $30 - it might seem a little pricey for a knobby piece of rigid plastic but it’s SO worth it. I got this theracane but you could do a search for massage hook and see other options.

This is the only thing that helps me get deep enough pressure to relieve some of the knots. I got one for my father in law and he loves it too. Seriously a life saver!

The only nursing bra I could find was elomi in 34 H and 34 GG once things calmed down a little. but those have wires.

for wireless i also wore a kati rose sleep bra for the first couple weeks. it was fantastic. it doesn't offer much support and i ordered too tight of a band, but it kept things from flopping too much and something to hold some nursing pads. most importantly it helped maintain a division between the boobs to collect the post-delivery sweats. sports bras are useless. the company is small but had nice customer service.

i tried on an actual nursing bra without wires, but it didn't tack or separate and i gave birth in the summer and i was not having that.

good luck!

I found a couple options on Amazon in 52D, and I think they should also come in 52DD. I would still pop over to r/abrathatfits and use their calculator if you haven't already. It is usually a better baseline than other calculators online. It will also teach you how to put a bra on properly, and what a well fitting bra should look and feel like.

I tried to find cheaper bras with good ratings and that weren't too feminine.

I'm sorry for your loss! I have an Envy and it is literally and figuratively very near to my heart.

You didn't ask for suggestions, but as a renter whose building's washing machines are downright scary, no-rinse lingerie soap and a bucket had been my bra savior. Eucalan is really good stuff, and it's super easy to use since you don't need to rinse and rinse and have suds and stuff. You only need a tiny bit too. It truly depends on your size. My mom is your sister size (38HH), and the shape really didn't work for her/didn't contain her properly (it was just odd). Me, I love it. It's the only one I've worn over 5 years since I bought my first one. Some women love it (like me) and some hate it.

I also had her try the Panache sports bra because it comes so highly recommended, but it did not contain her when she actually did some jumping jacks. Her regular, non-gore tacking old bra did a better job of that. We are now looking into the Elomi Energise, so hopefully that works out. If it does, I'll probably make a post here to help other similarly large boobed ladies.

Enell is my favorite for hi impact workouts, I refer to it as my boob harness 🤣 It's going to feel pretty snug on your ribs.

Is F equivalent to a DDD? If so, I use Victoria's Secret for medium-low impact workout. The way the band/cups are set up puts way less strain on my neck.

Cold pressed castor oil. I don't fancy the smell of something like coconut on my skin and clothes and the castor oil works much better than coconut oil. It's a little on the drier side and I mix it with my favorite lotion.

I've got this one, and find it to be a really good massager. I sit behind a desk all day and get neck and shoulder pain often, and this massager is pretty good at relieving it. And you don't need to spend half an hour on your massage either; 5 minutes does it.

I like this sports bra but I'm a 32F. It has no stretch and comes in a 38H. I can still wear a shirt with it and I feel like it holds everything in place while I'm jogging. I almost wondered if it was to snug and I should order a cup size larger because I feel like my breasts are smushed.

The Reviews are mixed with women of bigger sizes.

I got this one for a wedding last year, and it was great. You'll want to go up a band size though

I think it’s tinea versicolor. I get it a couple times a year. This really helps: PediFix FungaSoap Cleansing Wash - 6 Ounces https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002DUTHY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_QkMSCbQANJK9N

I don't know if this may be feasible for you, but I know synthetic materials in general make me rashy and extra sweaty/germy/prone to breakouts. I try to get 100% natural fibers when possible, and prefer cotton camisoles over bras (unless my mother complains about my nipples, ha) -- but like I said YMMV, because I'm not massive or anything (standard size 34DD, measures as a 32FF).

Cottonique doesn't have great sizing, but most of them are pretty adjustable in ways other bras aren't: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=cottonique&ref=nb_sb_noss_1

Another low-allergy bra with poor sizing, but may have sister size.

This bra has historically been my go-to, though I’m now a bit too large for their size range (I’m a 34H, their highest in this bra is G).

I've never tried it, but many women swear by putting talcum powder under their breasts to reduce chaffing and moisture during the day. That might help your skin heal. You can also use standard antiperspirant under your breasts if sweat is causing irritation.

Another product to look into is an anti-chafing gel, which are often sold to long distance runners. In the US, a popular one is Monistat anti-chafing gel (which coincidentally can also be used as a make-up primer, since its main ingredient is dimethicone).

The Shock Absorber is in your actual size in black on Amazon for under $40. Is that within your price range?

u/MeganTheSchwartz · 2 pointsr/bigboobproblems

I ordered one online I believe came in that size!

I use http://amzn.com/B0001E83AE cause I am not patient enough for the tangle- plus the bags last longer than the bras.
