Since OP will not deliver, I will do my best to contribute. Here's a summary of the book:
>In 1982, to coincide with Blade Runner's original release, Cinefex, the respected magazine devoted to movie design and special effects devoted an entire, extended issue to Ridley Scott's sci-fi masterpiece. That issue has been out of print since then, but in constant demand -- copies now sell on the collector's market for over USD100. Titan Books is proud to bring this classic back into print, in a remastered hardcover edition. Described as 'the single most comprehensive examination of Blade Runner's special effects', this must-have book contains scores of images not available elsewhere, as well as authoritative text, containing in-depth, exclusive interviews with director Ridley Scott and the legendary designer Syd Mead.
As of this posting, the book is $39 on Amazon. Its price has been as low as $16.29, but not for a while.
Well, it's always going to be controversial.
According to Ridley Scott, Deckard IS a Replicant, and over the years, he's released two cuts of the film to move towards making this more explicitly unambiguous.
According to several other key creative minds on the film, including the producer, the writers, and the main actor, it was always meant to be left subtle and ambiguous.
According to me, I much prefer the film with it left ambiguous.
I think it has a much more interesting meaning and purpose to it that way, and is just a better film, frankly. Ridley is known for being a stubborn old goat who domineers all he surveys, but he ain't the boss of me, and I think he's just plain wrong.
Anyway, over the years, I have seen so many various cuts and alternate scenes and versions (such as the megacut on Disc 4 of the box set) that Blade Runner has kind of become the ultimate Phil Dick movie, in that it exists in several different self-contradictory forms simultaneously in a way that is both nonsensical and impossible, very much like the plots of many of his books. I find that to be the greatest tribute to PDK of all (even if it is the unintentional result of a notoriously volatile production).
I can't recommend reading Paul M Sammon's Future Noir highly enough, if you have any interest in this subject.
Edit: Newer link. Looks like even books get a 'Final Cut' nowadays.
The next release appears to be the first collected paperback volume.
It's such an engaging story, I certainly hope we get more. I haven't seen that much discussion surrounding the comic run around the net.
Thinkgeek used to sell them, I bought one for someone as a gift years ago, but I don't see them on their site any more (plus they're shutting down).
Amazon has some, might be listed as a light saber umbrella, like this one:
https://www.amazon.com/BESTKEE-LED-Umbrella-Lightsaber-Changing/dp/B01DNOVSAK/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=BESTKEE+Lightsaber+Umbrella&qid=1565655580&s=gateway&sr=8-3
I got from amazon market place

The book new is fairly expensive, my copy was used but in perfect condition.
That would be a copyright violation. Plus, it's a good book. Support the author by buying it. It's not expensive and can be easily bought from amazon.

There is a popular fan theory reinforced by Future Noir author Paul Sammon that implies Deckard is actually a Nexus 7 series replicant model which possess "no superhuman strength or intelligence but neurological features that complete the human illusion." Source
That one looks beautiful!! Unfortunately italian versions only include various discs

These are the ones I have
The book (link)Future Noir: The Making of Blade Runner is a very good read.
According to the top Amazon review "a big hunk of this book is [...] dedicated to Blade Runner".
The Movie Art of Syd Mead: Visual Futurist
There were a couple of books with design sketches and storyboards in the 80s but Blade Runner Sketchbook and The Illustrated Blade Runner are collector items and sell for big money now.
Retrofitting Blade Runner: Issues in Ridley Scott's Blade Runner and Phillip K. Dick's Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?
Absolute must!
Every time I see one of these I wonder if I am the only one that bought the briefcase boxed set that looks like a Voigt-Kampff machine. https://www.amazon.com/Blade-Runner-Five-Disc-Ultimate-Collectors/dp/B000K15VSA
We were also promised Jetpacks.
Strange. Every online store says this won’t be released until November 19. Like Amazon, here. Has anyone actually found and bought this online?
I can't say I've read any of the academic texts on the film, but amazon has quite a few of them, which should also be available through your school's library or inter-loan system:

It’s a six part set of books though, so if you decide to get it as a physical edition rather than digital, it won’t be cheap.
I am unsure when the next set of new comics come out but Amazon already has a listing for Volume 2 of the comics set for a June 16, 2020 release: https://www.amazon.com/Blade-Runner-2019-Collection/dp/1787731928/ref=sr_1_2?crid=KW2IOLKL56J7&keywords=blade+runner+comic+2019&qid=1572615495&sprefix=blade+runner+comic%2Caps%2C183&sr=8-2

Is the one that I'd probably get if I were to.
It says here that the release date is in november , but I don't know if its legit though. A pre-order on Amaznon should be legit ?
I got them from the 25th Anniversary DVD set that came in the brief case.

2077 is going to have a lore book coming out shortly after game too in case you hadn't heard. https://www.amazon.com/World-Cyberpunk-2077-Marcin-Batylda/dp/1506713580

I think it was just the 1st edition that was out of print for so long. There was a second edition -- that I never picked up -- that came out for the 25th anniversary ten years ago. It must have also gone out of print at some point, as I'm actually having more difficulty finding a copy of that than the original edition.
I don't know how likely it will happen, but there is a link on the book's Amazon listing to request an ebook. You'll probably have to scroll down and it will be on the right side and have a picture of a kindle.

Joi picks it up from the table in K's apartment too.
