If you'll be pumping, a hands-free pumping bra is a must. I've used a few, but I like this one because the Velcro is 1000% easier to manage than a zipper. Dexterity is the first thing to go when I'm exhausted.
My son also liked dr. Browns nipples so that's what we stuck with. Honestly, hand washing all the bits and pieces isn't that bad. Whatever you go with, use preemie nipples if you'll be breastfeeding. Bottle preferences are a bitch to break. You might just collect a variety to see what your baby will take.
My best bottle product recommendation is Boon Grass and the accessories. I swear to you, these were the baby item I didn't know I needed. It was a random gift from my shower (didn't register) and it's my favorite thing. I didn't think I'd hand wash, but it's easier than dish washing and Boon Grass makes it super simple. I'm asking for the larger Boon Lawn for Christmas.
I get mine on amazon for what seems like ok pricing.
