promix soil from walmart $6.00 for 4kg bag. produces good nugs indoors or outdoors

You can certainly entertain using all the fancy and unnecessary products but at the end of the day all your growing is a flowering tree and that flowering tree doesn't care whats on the soil bag label.

The gimmicks can work but are often unnecessary however don't dismiss the benefits of investing in a good grow tent and good quality grow lamp if you plan to grow indoors.

One product that does aid with healthy plants is general hydroponics fertilizers. 1L bottle will last over a year for a small home grower. The smaller bottles only require 1 milliliter to 1 liter of water per feed per week so the value of these products is in the longevity of what they will produce in several years.

Also having the feeding chart helps

And fertilizer measuring tools :)

Soil is cheap and works well but mineral deficiencies are real.

Lastly plastic grow pots are awful. do consider investing in some reusable breathable cloth fiber grow pots.

Plastic grow pots will stunt the growth of plants and in the summer heat cook the roots.

Ultimately the success entirely depends on clones or seeds used and autoflowering strains from a reputable seed supplier will make a world of difference. if you plan to grow non auto flowering photoperiod sensitive plants without a grow tent the results will likely yield nothing but a bunch of tea leaves and no flowers.

Put all this together and you have sustainable pain relief in -30c temperatures as long as you don't neglect to water plants and the temperatures dont get too cold :)

I've actually made several improvements to my technique, I almost need to make a new tutorial. Now I use a jelly strainer and then let it sit for like 30 mins and drip, while pressing down with a spoon every so often. Then place the whole thing into the ricer.

IME no ricer is strong enough to withstand the amount of squeezing necessary to get all/most of the oil separated. I've actually gone through 3 potato ricers haha they just get all bent and mangled so be gentle haha. That's why I let the oil mostly drip out first, to minimize the amount of squeezing necessary.

So true!!! I'm glad you mentioned the incompetence of the medical system as well, in a time when endocannabinoids are not taught in the curriculum but are assumed dangerous. I have gotten into more fights than I should as a cancer patient (especially after using cannabis to successfully manage the nausea and other chemo symptoms), only being pushed pharmaceuticals with huge lists of side effects and receiving the blank stare too many times upon bringing up cannabinoid receptors so I think that specialist was just looking for something to blame for a condition that may be difficult to diagnose.

She couldn't have thought to try a different mode of delivery either, like "oh I'll just keep eating my cookies and it'll go away". Seems like a such a lovely and trustworthy person too! Oh wait...

Have you tried a sifter box? You don't want a kief catcher but they do hold a fair amount, except not large buds. Otherwise I would recommend a tin (altoids/sweet tarts) as an out-of-the-box solution to your grinder problem. I know you asked for grinders, but you probably did more looking for a cheap three piece than me.

Regulation of the market means that if someone wants to sell you a drug for a specific use or purpose, they cannot do so without evidence of their claims.. This is the law.. That is regulation of the market. This is why there is the MMPR to get around this difficult issue.

Snake oil, man, snake oil..

I recommend reading this book. You dont seem to have a good understanding of the issues facing trying to regulate and tax Marijuana.

My recipe is pretty simple:

  • Finger bust 1 ounce flowers into a mason jar. Freeze overnight. Freeze ISO overnight.
  • Remove lid from mason jar. Pour ISO over bud until it covers it by an inch. Put lid back on and shake shake shake for 60 to 90 seconds.
  • filter using chemex filters and a strainer into a metal bowl.
  • pour filtered solution into a parchment covered baking dish
  • place in front of a fan for 12-24 hours or until dry to the touch
  • collect glob
  • press glob onto a fresh sheet of parchment using a hair straightener on the lowest setting

Some cheap pipe like this. Load it lightly with grinded bud. When you stop inhaling put your thumb on the cap hole so no smoke escapes, and exhale through a Smoke Buddy

If that's not enough so these idiots feel respected I'm out of idea.

Edit: feel free to check out YouTube for the Smoke Buddy. I worked a whole year while staying in what most people would consider a prison camp. Guys were getting caught for smoking in their room or outside by security and thrown out of the site for a month, but not this redditor.
