There has only been one Courage R1 DVD release (assuming you live in the US). Link here.
Seasons one and two were previously released in R4 and can be imported from eBay, etc.
The complete series is available on iTunes though. To be honest if you're looking for DVDs of the complete series you might be better off buying the series on iTunes, removing the DRM, and making homemade DVDs. I'm sure the complete series is available in WEB-DL format via torrents as well if you're looking for an alternate (free) source.
