CCNP Route Simplified. It hasn't been updated for Version 2 of the exam, but for $10 you can get it on Kindle. The paperback version is like $70, but it's 1000 pages long (it does contain labs). In any case it's still a very good read for EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP. I found the writing style easy to read, in a similar fashion to Lammle.

I got x2 3750's and x2 2960's for my switch studies.
Could also get VIRL licensing and setup a GNS3 lab. I found this to be the best solution for me. Being mobile 8-10hrs a day and since I was going for Route after Switch, I needed routers as well. VIRL gives you licenses for IOS-L2, IOS-V, ASA-V, NX-OS-V, and a few others. Really nice to be able to lab on several products for only $200.
