I'm no expert but I think that he's likely to assimilate pretty quickly. Kids are resilient, and the best thing that you can do is support him.

which is worth a read (or borrowing since you're half way there!). It basically states that at this age boys need a strong male mentor outside of his immediate family. I don't know if he has any interests or hobbies where he may be able to find one of these, really for added support.

As far as I can tell Eurasian men aren't "not" accepted by women in the west, if it were China then there may be an issue.

Any issues he has I suspect will be down to normal high school issues, and I'm sure you're knowledgable about them.
