Although I don't strongly recommend it, I didn't buy any sort of practice exam nor study guide. First, I went to the Free Clep Prep Human Growth and Development section, and used all of the "Free Study Sources". The Tufts link isn't valid anymore, though.

Next, I went to this link for one of the test prep guides on Amazon. But instead of buying it, I just clicked "Look Inside" and studied every single vocab word.

I also used this practice exam. Here's the answer key.

From that point on, I would go into google and type in "Clep Human Growth and Development Quizlet" and studied up on every set of flashcards I could find.

Again, you're probably better off actually buying that practice book. It's currently the cheapest study guide you can get right now and it has a lot of good reviews. Free Clep Prep even recommends it. I'm pretty frugal, but that's just me.

Also, don't underestimate understanding the theories from Sigmund Freud and Piaget! I skimmed over them at first, but then I saw a forum post where this person was like "They were most of the exam". I'm glad I heeded that advice lol.

  Honestly, I thought that CrashCourse US History was the best resource. I watched every video (up until 1877 year range) and made notecards of the notable facts.

  Edit: I would recommend saving some cash and purchasing an older edition of REA's test prep- I used an edition from 2007 and it worked just fine for me

Sorry for the late reply. Here is the link to the REA book. I actually used an older version but also got this one from the library and the practice tests were the same. You can save a lot of money by borrowing from the library.

Good luck to you! Honestly the test isn’t that bad. If you can get around a 70% on both practice tests then you will should be able to pass.

I bought this book on Amazon and it was pretty helpful. As long as you do study, it’s not terribly difficult. Good luck!

In my opinion, the test was pretty easy compared to others I’ve taken. I would imagine you’re feeling a lot of pressure having this one thing stand between you and graduation, which might be sending you into panic mode.

Read the book, then read it again - take the practice tests, then find some more online and take those too. You still have plenty of time before Tuesday - Good luck!

I recommend you get this book, since it's pretty much the only book for CLEP calculus and it's what I used.

The exam is simple. It covered derivatives, integrals, u-substitution, basic separable differential equations, fundamental theorems of calculus, growth and decay, fundamental theorems of calculus, limits, some other stuff.

As long as you understand every concept in that book you'll do fine.

I've been using books from these guys. They have online practice tests which makes evaluating yourself a lot easier :)
