I usually am brewing Kicking Horse 454 Horsepower mixed with some heavy whipping cream (shoutout /r/keto) and a drip of Irish Cream flavoring., but currently trying some Kona coffee given to me by a friend. (it's smooth!)

Grinder:

Cuisinart DBM-8 - ok-good burr grinder, variable grind size, even grind results, kind of loud though.

Machine:

Hamilton Beach 49981 - great drip brew for single cup (or thermos, in my case).

Misc:

Bean storage

Thermos

Absolutely. The grinder is the Zassenhaus Panama. I've had good luck with mine, but I've heard not so great things about their QA, so proceed with caution. Also, that thing is small. I'm talking like 20g capacity, maybe.

The pour over cone is a Bialetti Pour Over. I don't know how it compares to, say, the V60, but it's got the large central hole like one so. Mine's plastic and I only got it because a grocery store near me had them on sale for $3.

The blue and white thing in front is a Handpresso. I talked about that one above, so I'll save it here.
There's also a standard Bodum Brazil french press and a bag of Pennant Six Two Zero blend. That one's a microroaster local to McPherson, Kansas and it doesn't look like they're selling online yet.

It does look Chemexesque, doesn't it?

It's an Eva Solo - I found it at Goodwill for 4 bucks (missing the cute neoprene jacket). They're a Danish co.... pretty nice stuff.

I got it off of Amazon. It's little over an inch short on the width and has a lower capacity than the original tray, but the extra head room is nice.

I enjoy it, but I'm no espresso expert. I have a Hario hand grinder for grinding espresso.

I believe it's this one: Rattleware 20-Ounce Handle Free Latte Art Pitcher https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003Y3AJ4W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_idDwDbH00F12M

For espresso, I've really liked my Escali Pico.

I’m using this pump system (SEAFLO 55-Series Water Pump and Accumulator Tank System - 12V DC, 5.5 GPM, 60 PSI, 2 Gallon Tank https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QN8D18H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_MuqEDbT7QAPAT)

I built a proof-of-concept table with just 2x4s and plywood that I stained and it worked well enough. I wish I had more advice for woodworking but I really am not gifted in that area

Nice! Do you have an alternative stove/heater for when traveling by plane? I've never been happy the single cup boiler that's been in my kit for years.

Thank you!
I'll look into it, we have this one but it's just getting a little too small for us
