That really depends on how deep you want to get. I suggest you start with some entry-level hotas and see if you like it. you might end up spending thousands on various accessories and you might be happy with just the entry level stuff.
I personally have Thrustmaster hotas x and I'm satisfied, I plan to buy some headtracker soon.
As much as you says its cheap, the T16000 is still the best one to go with. People that I know that have used it says it great. The accuracy of the stick is actually more than that of the Warthog. If I were you, I would go with the HOTAS setup.
