Can’t say for sure, but here’s my guess:

FSU - final stage unit, or final stage resistor. It’s part of the HVAC system, easily accessible from the passenger side footwell. My current sedan had an electrical drain that I couldn’t figure out. HVAC wasn’t acting up during use, but I noticed one day that the fan sounded like it was blowing after the car had been off for over an hour. Replaced the FSU and no more ghost fan nor electrical drain!
