First: make sure you really want a messenger. I was looking into them and then I realized that I'd rather prevent back pain than look cooler.

This is an american store, but it might help you find what you want. Check Everki and Case Logic. I'm considering laptop backpacks from both brands and recently bought this laptop sleeve.

The Osprey Flap Jack Courier has pretty good reviews on Amazon.com and was rated third best messenger bag by Outdoor Gear Lab, the two best being american (Timbuk2 Command Messenger and Chrome Buran).

For me, I find any clothing with better than crappy bargain basement quality is non-existent in Romania. I find, however, I can get better items and cheaper on Amazon from Germany. Recently, I found these Amazon Escentials flannel shirts a few weeks ago and have been very impressed. While they aren't ultra thick, their quality and sizing is much better than anything in this country and only cost 15 Euros. Checking the link, Amazon says they are currently out of stock but I've also seen them on Amazon in the US and UK. I'd assume they'll come back in stock or could possibly be found in Spain or Italy.

Also, at the time I bought the flannels I sprung for for a Carhartt Detroit Duck jacket. 89 Euros and maybe one of the most amazing purchases I've ever made.

HA! I also was looking for those kinds of pants; the tax and shipping didn't seem worth it to me to get it from the US. European available variants that I found (and liked):

Shaping New Tomorrow: I really like the pants of https://shapingnewtomorrow.de/ . Dislike the skinny fit (there are straight fits available I found out later on). The pants are worth the price imo; looks just like a dress pants but in stretch! Feels luxurious.

Only & Sons: A cheaper alternative but it is more shiny (the fabric) and a bit less dressier than those of shaping new tomorrow. https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07BDW89TS/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_U_x_KuA2Cb9BYKSZC. You need the 76% Polyester, 20% Viscose, 4% Elastane variant.

Amazon.com has the Thorogood Moc Toes on sale right now with the WORKSHOE code. After shipping and taxes, it adds up to ~160 euros to get them in the netherlands, which is about what you'd pay in-store for good hiking boots around here. Just ordered a pair myself.

Amazon.co.uk has it for £37.95 ~ €48 and shipping to Sweden typically comes to an additional €7.

I bought them in February for close to £40 on Amazon same size is now just under £70. It pays to plan ahead buying Classics/Basics in Offseason
