Just want to second u/jaynkier's advice here, which is spot on! Two prenatal workouts that I really like (that are intermediate level and have weight/dumbbell options) are: Leah Sarago's fit and sleek (https://www.amazon.com/Prenatal-Physique-Complete-Pregnancy-Training/dp/B00JJSDPBA) and Suzanne Bowen's BarreAmped sleek and toned (https://www.amazon.com/BarreAmped-Sleek-Toned-Prenatal-Workout/dp/B00SCJ56HI/)—this one is a bit light on core work, so I supp. with exercises like planks and side planks. Hope this helps and good luck!!

I have found Fit and Healthy Pregnancy by Kristina Pinto to be pretty good overall. They say to avoid back stroke while swimming which I don't agree with since gravity doesn't pull baby onto vena cava like on land, but otherwise their recommendations seem good. https://www.amazon.com/Fit-Healthy-Pregnancy-Strong-Shape-ebook/dp/B00FGDGHFI

Edit: This book is definitely geared to athletes and active non-competitive people. It talks a lot about how to maintain or tone down your existing routines, with not much focus on new-to-fitness people.

We got this Schwinn jogger on prime day for $150. It has all the features of the more expensive joggers. There's no way I could justify $300+ for a stroller! However, I really wanted the fixed wheel style for safety, as well as the one-handed brake mechanism. So the Schwinn was perfect. I think there's also a double version.

I just bought this for post partum and I've actually been wearing it loosely at 28 weeks because it helps my hips and back so much. It seems worth the 20.00. I like that it's velcro so you can choose how tight it will be.

I have an out of the box suggestion since cycling seems to be something that interests you. You could get an under the desk cycling apparatus since it would be smaller and easier to transport than a full blown bike. And, theoretically, you could use it while watching tv.

Glamorise Women's Double Layer Custom Control Sport Bra , Black/Grey , 38G https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00C1Z2MG2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_fljWCbCYSKGNH

These are the ones I can still use them, I went from a G to a H/I this pregnancy. Very supportive for HIIT workouts.

I have this one that I found on Amazon. It's pretty unsexy, but it's getting the job done so far and I have plenty of room still to grow and keep filling it out.

I really hate yoga, but I could tell I needed more stretching once I got pregnant, and I've been using Pregnancy Yoga with Tara Lee . I really like that I can do just 5 or 10 minute segments targeting a specific body part.

Baby Booster Prenatal Protein. The Kona Mocha flavor is delish. 20 g of protein and 250 mg of calcium per serving, not including what you get from the added milk.
