I didn't end up getting it because no one responded in time. There're plenty of phones you can get running lollipop for around $50 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018IZ0SWI?psc
A GSM device generally cannot be used on a CDMA network.
I am not aware of any data limitation on how much you can receive at this time.
EDIT: Is this the product?

Then: "In the USA this device will work on AT&T and T-Mobile networks only."
To put it simple, no it will not work on the Sprint CDMA network.
> Most dual SIM phones were manufactured for non-USA markets, and do not have all the (radio) frequencies that are necessary for all the USA carriers.
This is one thing I am worried about .. Yes I am in the USA
I was looking at this
Samsung dual sim
https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Galaxy-16GB-J701M-International/dp/B074FS49WS/
I was worried I could not use both sim slots and have full features.. I have also heard that sometimes the voice works but data does not work on the second sim card.
It is going to take some research .. and not many people buy these phones for use only in the USA.
The Phone Specs
3G HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700(AWS) / 1900 / 2100,
4G LTE band 1(2100), 2(1900)[ATT], 3(1800), 4(1700/2100)[TMOBILE & ATT], 5(850)[TMOBILE & ATT], 7(2600), 17(700)[ATT], 28(700) - Compatible with Most U.S. GSM SIM Card Carriers
The services I would use
TracFone BYOP T-Mobile compatible SIM
Freedompop uses ATT and T-Mobile SIMs
If both sim slots worked then I would be able to use this phone MAYBE heh
But there is no warranty on this phone because its the International Version..
Maybe it is better to buy a single sim phone
These companies make purchase decisions very difficult
