Y'all, if you wanna know the full story of the siege where this guy earned his cross, I really strongly recommend that you check out the book "Sniper One; On Scope and Under Siege with a Sniper Team in Iraq" by Sgt. Dan Mills. It gives an amazing account of the Princess of Wales Royal Regiment's deployment to Al-Amarah during the Iraq war, and is probably one of the best nonfiction books I've ever read. Every single person in that book had balls the size of fuckin' Jupiter. Great great read, and Sgt. Mills can be pretty funny, too.

Here's the stuff that I use.

Iron Heritage Original Iron Oil - I use it on my face and in my beard to keep everything from drying out. I use this as both a moisturizer as well as a beard oil. Being based mostly from coconut oil it has a very neutral odor that I'm confident no one would find offensive.

Iron Heritage Tin Lizzy/Model-T - I love this stuff. I love it so hard. It smells so good and the scent, for me, lasts a really long time. Smells like vanilla and tobacco. I would have sex with this smell if I could.

Every Man Jack Cedarwood Body Wash - My nose doesn't work well, but my girlfriend says she can still smell this on me at the end of the day.

Mitchum Advanced Control - I use this because it allows me to use cologne that has a scent that will stick around much longer and smell much better than deodarant does, and I'm not left with conflicting smells between the cologne and deodarant.
