Agree with everyone that using real food to make a gainer shake is the best way to go. However, if you're extremely pressed for time (and to actually answer your question), this one is OK. Its carb content has more than just maltodextrin which is what most gainer shakes use. It blends Sweet Potato, Chia seed, Quinoa & Rolled Oats. Fat content comes from Coconut Oil and Flax Seed. It doesn't have an obscene amount of sugar (8g). It's not cheap but that is sometimes the cost of convenience.
