Recently ran into this same issue myself. I purchased some ankle weights on Amazon that I just strap onto each side of the bar that's worked super well for me.

Anybody ever used a Trap bar to fix their conventional pull form??? My conventional pull is abysmal after a back injury. I was able to to switch to sumo and although I'm still weak Im lifting without pain. I still want conventional pulls in my programming now and then so I was thinking of buying this trap bar and using it in place of conventional pulls. My thought is it will help me re learn the form and mobility needed for a pain free conventional pull, thoughts?
