>Furthermore, it's contradicted by evidence backed models, but we can get to those later.

There are 0 conflicts with observational data. If there are, I'd be happy to hear them.

>For now let's stick to my previous questions which you've left unanswered

Let's not.

For you to even consider that there might be validity to these images, you have to understand the implications of having a structured, superconducting, superfluid vacuum.

You can start here:

Geometrodynamics

Superfluid vacuum theory/BEC vacuum theory

Resonance

Second, we can hopefully agree that when we understand that these are the smallest radii of the orbits, that these diagrams are actually 99.9% accurate.
If you want to ask why this is the case, here's the author.

The standard model totally fails at explaining this, as it does phi in everything from biological organization to quantum mechanics to galactic spiral arms, and the platonic model of just about anything. As it does the vacuum predictions of QFT. As it does dark energy. As it does the source of the strong nuclear force.

I can go for days on the shortcomings of the standard model as compared to this GUFT, but honestly, I know you haven't done a single bit of real digging into this theory, and it gets old trying to spoonfeed people who like to present an air of intelligence because they can parrot the current paradigm of modern physics.

Everything is ultimately geometry, the maths and theory of Nassim work (aka why we are here). And David Wilcock did a whole season on Wisdom Teachings on the various planetary motions that indicate geometric patterns (e.g. Galaxy spirals and pentagons; saturn's hexagonal storm; jupiter's "Eye" storm coordinates) and same on this Planet, places like Hawaii are nodes of particular high activity on a double merkaba style. Book called The Energy Grid by Bruce Cathie is a fantastic book about this. And there are guys such as the russian scientist Aleksei Dimitriev who have published highly interesting papers on how we are entering a new, more densed area of the Galaxy, and how it will affect our Sun, and thus all of life as we know (Law of One books talk of it as a density phase, the fourth in this case). This is what is connected in the ascension era, in which our DNA and consciousness will become more evolved and experience awareness differently, with more clarity. By the way, our DNA is also formed in a holographical spiral structure of the galaxies. In this case, the dodecahedron.

We are undergoing the transformation of a living cosmic geometry, which we are fractals of.

Hi friend, I'm in the same boat as you are making the same journey. I'd like to recommend to you a few books that really helped me out.
As far as the math and physics side, my plan is to go through Khan Academy to refresh myself on the math and some of the currently accepted ideas in physics before branching off on my own research. I'm personally planning on studying about electricity and magnetism and its effects. But we'll see what happens.

A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle

Mindfulness in Plain English by Bhante Henepola Gunaratana
Note: Please preview the audiobook of this one before purchasing. The narrator sounds very pretentious and personally it was distracting.

I tried to watch the documentary on YouTube and it was so shallow I stopped it about 1/4 way through.

I found this far more informative although the production value seems rather high for a fringe group of theoretical physicists.

Two great books by Carlo Rovelli that aren't holofractel at all but explore quantum gravity are:

Reality is Not What it Seems: The Journey to Quantum Gravity

&

The Order of Time^

This one's audiobook is read by Benedict Cumberbatch :)

You may be surprised to find out that some biofeedback researchers submit that trained "biofeedbackers" are able to control protein expression in individual cells! New Mind, New Body was the first place I could find wherein the claim was made.

In any event, focusing on the pineal gland (or what the subjective consciousness of the meditator perceives as such) during meditation seems pretty doable.

Currently working through this stunning historical and theological comparison between Platonism, Gnosticism, Christianity, and A Course in Miracles. I’ve not come across a more exhaustive scholarly examination of the progression towards absolute nonduality... this book is unbelievably thorough and quite helpful at explaining the subtleties within each system—I found the Gnostic section especially illuminating, despite having read for years about it, I was previously unaware of the distinctions between the three major schools:

John Wheeler trivia: the textbook he and Misner and Thorne put together is both the largest text book (also known as the phone book) and the most readable book with thousands of tensors in it I have ever seen. Seeing it is out of print is nearly as strange as it would be to see Feynman's lectures out of print.
