Only choice u have is to get a dehumidfier, but also u can place one or several depends on the size of ur bathroom:
https://learn.allergyandair.com/english-ivy-and-mold/
It acts as natural countermeasure to mold.
And the mold in sponge is a reason to throw them off, if there were no mold in them for u too see, there will be still bacteria of all kind inside of them that u would not be able to know they ar there.

And for cleaning urself why dont just use a sensitive skin shower gel, im pretty sure there ar avalaible in the us, some of them ar way way soft for ur skin, check yves rocher, the body shop, or jsut buy in a farmacy special urea ones.

This one is truly expensive, so is just an example, but u can find some with other brands(no idea about us brands) that will help ur problem and inside the bottle there is no mold.

Also about the sponges:

the sponges may be worsening ur condition and making ur skin more sensitive.
Also if u cant place central air, u still can get fans for cheap that will help to circulate the air lowering ambient humidity.

About shower gel, i mean is the common cleaning method here in europe but im sure this one is good enough and cheap and will last for a while:

If u have a skin condition, there ar subreddits that help with thatshort of specific stuff.

I bought a special bucket that's got brushes built into it that I use for washing just a couple dishes.

It's got a wash side and a rinse side and only uses a couple gallons of water to do the job.

I don't have much tile but a lot of hardwood floors. I recently bought one of these: https://www.amazon.com/Hoover-FloorMate-Deluxe-Cleaner-FH40160PC/dp/B00CM220CK/

It works very well. Brushes do the work and the vacuum sucks up most of the water. Keeps you from breaking your back with a mop.
