I had a very similar situation (didn’t think I was the smartest in the room, but did well without studying). Not quite as great on paper but still got into what is considered a decent school by many. It’s quite the rude awakening when you think you can just fly by the seat of your pants in uni. I was able to get my shit together and graduate with a 3.1 (not great, but still got my degree), so if this was recently and you’re thinking of giving up, please don’t! It can be done.

I highly suggest checking out this book https://www.amazon.com/Mindset-Psychology-Carol-S-Dweck/dp/0345472322

Obviously a book isn’t going to immediately solve all your problems, but I found it incredibly helpful and eye opening. Parts are pretty interesting but overall it isn’t the most entertaining read. It is a pretty quick read though if you power through, it’s just that certain sections are boring and repetitive.

I really recommend Yuval Noah Harari’s newest book, he dives into the topic, and then ties it all together with AI. We’re all really just bio-computers in the grand game of this thing we call life.

At the molecular level is where it all happens. AI will eventually be able to replicate not only the intelligence of a human brain, but to actually be trillions of times smarter.

AKA: E=MC2. Or M(ass) = E/C2

In the end, we’re all just vibrating wave forms. And computers can match to those vibrations. Creating a “thinking machine.”

When picking a mate, it’s on overdrive, looking at trillions of scenarios at a subconscious level. We’re totally unaware of what’s going on behind the scenes.

The Black Mirror episode, “Kill the DJ” goes into this. Worth checking out.

Pretty exciting research. :-)

Also; wouldn’t one of these be less cumbersome and more useful than the wrench/spanner?

Damn, and my mates book is #[8379](https://www.amazon.com/William-Clyde-Sutton/dp/1633931463/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1469922280&sr=1-1&keywords=william+clyde+suttonntary sounds of arousal. But this research clearly shows that they have the potential to control their own voices.) or so, moral of the story, don't pick 'military' as a genre. He just finished writing a book of 'christian mystic poems', I wonder if there is an Amazon Genre for that? Yeah, I went looking for Christian technology for teens (sounded like an interesting topic)... Wish you still had the link.

He's definitely not trolling. He describes himself as a self-proclaimed rapper and philosopher (apart from being a supergenius of course) in his bio. Dude's got a soundcloud page with his raps! Here's the hilarious customer reviews of his book.
