Tena Slip Maxi hold about as much as an Abena M3 and absorb very quickly. They're half as thick as well. In terms of what you can buy on Amazon you may want to try Northshore Supreme and Northshore Lite. Northshore supreme are fairly thick for daytime wear. I don't know what your body type is, but I'm 6'1, fairly skinny, and wear mostly skinny jeans and stuff, those wouldn't work for me during the day (Not discrete). Hence why I use the Tena Slip. The Northshore Lite diapers are thicker than Tena slip and hold less.

They worked pretty well for me! I wouldn't pay $70 though. These are $25. Hope that helps!
