I ordered 3 different shakes for my recovery, and only lost about 5 lbs.
1.) Shakeology - Strawberry. Was expensive as all hell, and would never of thought to buy this normally, but I told myself nutrition for recovery was most important so I bought a bag. The name had come up a couple times from bloggers talking about recovery, and that their doctors were amazed at how fast their recovery and swelling went down.Well, my doctor said the same thing so I guess I don't regret incorporating this despite the price. I made it more of a meal shake by adding in a banana, ice, yogurt, milk and blending.
2.) True-Fit Chocolate: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07LGFC13P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
Easily my favorite of the 3. Taste was 10/10. Made it with scoops of peanut butter for calories/fat/protein, plus ice and either cottage cheese or yogurt. Optional banana. Was BOMB and what I looked forward to every day. 100% recommend.
3.) True-fit Cinnamon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07LGFC13P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
One review pretty much hit the nail on the head. Tastes like the milk leftover from a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch. Taste was pretty good, I just couldn't find anything to mix it with to boost the calories. I tried apples/applesauce to do like a cinnamon apple thing and it was.....ok. But i found myself just going back to chocolate.
EDIT: Sorry just realize you meant pre-made. These three are all powders to make your own shakes, but i'll leave this up anyway.
**2 mini ice packs inside tubular stockinettes (I forgot the name yesterday but they weren’t ordinary stockings) Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Medline-MSC9506YDH-Medigrip-Tubular-Bandages/dp/B009I383TK/ref=mp_s_a_1_11?keywords=tubular+stockinettes&qid=1569889682&s=gateway&sr=8-11
Put ice inside and tie it around your head

I second this! Numb that face up! I had an ice roller that helped with pain and swelling.
