The full 2tbsp is an acquired taste I think! I love a fatty coffee but it was too rich for me.
I've been using Olimp MCT oil for a while now, it's the best priced one on Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B009OYB9SU/
Sucralose is good, 3 drops is equivalent to 1 tsp of sugar and you can get a small bottle on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sucralose-Liquid-Sweetener-English-Swedish/dp/B005MISDCM
It's also worth mentioning that Xylitol is highly toxic to dogs even in tiny amounts. Not sure if you can buy it separately but it's used in a lot of sugar free sweets.
Twinnings cold infuse tea bags on their own aren't great and High5 Zero tablets are just OK. But have them together? It's an amazing 0g carb electrolyte drink!
Hits all the right spots whenever I'm craving a refreshing fizzy drink!
Twinnings cold infuse tea bags can be found in most supermarkets. I've not tried every flavour, but the mango, passionfruit and orange one goes best with the citrus High5s
High5 Zero Citrus Flavour Electrolyte Sports Drink Tablet 8 Tubes, 920 g https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004AV06UY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_zlSZDbBGCPS8N
Amazon has great prices on them too.You can save a couple of quid more next time around.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Grenade-Carb-Killa-High-Protein/dp/B00UL4M22Y
These look like they are pretty much the normal Konjac based noodles. I have had these in the past (Slim nooodles : Amazon link )
They are not bad, but not that much like flour noodles. They smell really bad when you open the packet, but washing them a few times in warm water sorts that out. They are pretty good if you cook them in a sauce or soup, as they pick up the flavor. They don't have any noticeable flavor of their own.
I would say that if you have not had them before, do not buy this Groupon. Try them out in a smaller buy from amazon or Holland & Barrett
CORREXIKO Premium Collagen... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07QDR3VWJ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
This is the one I use. Its unflavoured so you can add it to any drink/meal. I used it to make kfc style keto chicken which was amazing. I highly recommend it!
We’ve ordered these before.
They’re okay if you absolutely have to eat noodles. They’re available in some shops done times, but easiest to find on Amazon
Slim Noodles 200g (Pack of 5)
Get some of these for cheap from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B007VOV84U/ref=cm_cr_arp_mb_bdcrb_top?ie=UTF8
And roast them yourself in the oven bonus you can also use the bag as a pillow because it is massive!!!
I've gotten bottles from Amazon several times.
Link - This stuff has been the best of two I've tried.
My go-to is always phd Diet Whey, it's always the thickest and best tasting imo and they do a strawberry delight flavour. I always have mine with water though (belgian chocolate or chocolate orange) as I dont need milk and it's still thick and tasty. One scoop is 3g of carbs.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B016ZU8EYM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
That's what I've ordered. Seems to be the cheapest per unit I could see. Happy to be corrected.
The package tends to have several months on them.
I've also found that they last quite long once opened, I had one today that must have been 10 days old. Keep it in a sealed box or wrapped up and should be fine.
You can get 1kg of unsweetened coconut chips on Amazon for less than a tenner! So good!
Buy Whole Foods Organic Coconut Chips Raw 1 Kg https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B007VOV84U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_PQI6AbP32NY6X
It was a yummy breakfast, was so stuffed I could barely move. Coconut flour is Tiana from Holland & Barrett. It was sweetened with 6 drops of Sucralose from Amazon

For a start, don't worry about the scales so much, at most weigh yourself once a week. As for stalls/gaining, if you weigh yourself once a week they are a lot less likely to happen provided you try to weigh in on the same day at the same time and after a similar day. It might still happen, which is demoralising, but it's totally normal unless it lasts over a month, in which case you've probably neglected to update your macros.
I'd advise trying to drop carbs to as little as possible for a week or two, just to make sure you are fully adapted. Once you've done that, 20-30g is fine. I normally have mine as https://www.amazon.co.uk/Grenade-Carb-Killa-High-Protein/dp/B00UL4M22Y/ as I also feel chocolate cravings. The caramel and banana ones are lush, and if you subscribe you amazon you can get up to 15% off too. I also get the killa coffee ones but many people don't like them. That takes care of ~40g of protein for my lazy days when I don't want to cook, add in some cheese and a can of tuna and that's a days food I don't have to think about at all.
Once you are used to it, try intermittent fasting too. ie, have all the calories you eat in a day in an hour. Not having to worry about breakfast or lunch makes my day a lot easier.
I've been using this as recommended by someone on this sub. I would previously use coconut oil in my morning coffee and be hungry by 10am. With the MCT I can go till 1-2pm easily.
The only trouble with these is the doses are really small - sodium is 200/5000mg (amount vs FAQ daily recommendation), magnesium's 56/300mg, potassium's 70/1000mg; even if you take the recommended maximum of 4 tablets/day, that's still not much of a dent.
This is what I use (all Amazon links for convenience):
One cube is 450ml, giving 2.5g fat, 3g carbs, 1575mg sodium
I’ve had a BB8 waffle maker for a while, which makes small waffles. Time to dust him off and give him a try with these! £14.99 on Amazon and has a UK plug socket on it:
BB8 waffle maker
Another brand of something similar: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B008AGN01C/
Be careful with the cola ones. They have a bunch of caffeine in and didn't realise. Couldn't figure out why I wasn't sleeping!
This Lo Salt is in many supermarkets and on amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lo-Salt-Reduced-Sodium-Alternative/dp/B004TEVING/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_325_bs_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=6ZK1X8T04R1Q1TBMNTSW
Get these instead eating Quest is like a chore..
Seriously Best Ever Bars!
Grenade Carb Killa High Protein and Low Carb Bar, Caramel Chaos - 12 x 60 g https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00UL4M22Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_zOf2xbGQRW7N0
Realy soft and tasty
H&B's prices are ridiculous. I got it from [amazon] (https://www.amazon.co.uk/BULK-POWDERS-Psyllium-Powder-Soluble-x/dp/B00IZD3KWY/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_325_bs_t_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=ETGWKTB7E3VNV6EKVGSJ). I got a small bag (100g) from ebay for just over £3 first, just to see if I liked working with it. 100g lasted me through about 6 or 7 recipes.
If you like Quest bars, you should definitely check out Grenade Carb Killa, £18ish for 12.
They're my absolute favourite low carb bars ever, and I've tried many over the last 3 years.
The Fudge Brownie, Caramel Chaos and Chocolate Mint are my favourites.
Chocolate Mint is top dog though.
I use the one below - had a quick scan and think it has less carbs than diet whey.
PhD Nutrition Pharma Whey HT+ Whey Protein powder, 2.2 kg, Chocolate Cookie https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004M9XJI0/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_apa_i_hUvsDbAC5NVX6
Chelated Magnesium
Cod Liver Oil (1000mg)
Lo Salt (Potassium)
Sodium = Use more salt on your food.
Additional supplements:
Multivitamin
Psyllium Husk (good for baking/bulking recipes/fibre for bowel movements
You can also get magnesium and potassium I believe from spinach, kale and avocado
Yep or amazon
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B008AGN01C/ref=ox_sc_act_image_2?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&psc=1
I use these ^^, bulk powder’s supplement and usually drink two to three cups of boullion a day.
I got these the other day (in Tropical): https://www.amazon.co.uk/High-Zero-Hydration-Tablets-Berry/dp/B003Y3LWXY/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1523287978&sr=8-2&keywords=high+5+zero
Works out about £3.75 per tube.
I use hermesetas liquid. It's handy for me because I usually have half a teaspoon of sugar in tea, and didn't want extra carbs from a powdered sweetener, so 4 or 5 drops of this is perfect. I don't drink tea much now though because I don't like it black and don't like it with cream.

CarbZone Low Carb Tortilla Large 6 x 65 g, High Protein (Pack of 2) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B016ZU8EYM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_qmG1Cb67FD3ZK
These are the large ones so 6g carb per wrap. Also seems to come in packs of 2.
I use https://www.amazon.co.uk/Carbzone-Low-Carb-Tortilla-Pack/dp/B016ZU8EYM, because I'm lazy. However the last batch I got were almost impossible to peel apart. I don't know if that was a one off or if it was a change to their recipe that's still in use.

Grenade Carb Killa High Protein and Low Carb Bar, 12 x 60 g - Caramel Chaos https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00UL4M22Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_GbImsnZvxOG9b
Just like a chocolate bar with real caramel....
Oh darn. I didn’t realise it requires 350w! I have a step down transformer to 120v but not for that wattage and don’t really want to risk it.
There are suggestions in herebb8 or argos waffle maker you might want to consider.
Now I don’t know what to do with that dash maker ordered 🙁
Honestly, I double up on electrolyte powder doses, especially on gym days, or I get bad cramps in my calves and biceps.
Try doubling up and take some epsom salt baths, because most magnesium is just crappy at being absorbed, that always works for me. Failing that, try eating some sun dried tomatoes, chicken, salmon all of which have some decent potassium in them. as an extra option I used to take these, but don't take them on an empty stomach, you will regret it trust me!
