Hi... you can find empty capsules on Amazpn. Sizes differ. Size "00" is usually the standard. Size "0" will be smaller and size '"000" is the largest but they are way huge. I will try to list some information more targeted to your situation.

Finding what works will take some time, patience, and trial and error but I think that it is worth it. Many times people starting out think that it is not 'working' at first. Some of that is about managing expectations. Your best course of action is to try a handful of different strains and keep notes - dosages, effects, pros & cons, etc. As others have said, get a scale and read about figuring out dosages

Ever thought about a potentiator? Lemon is an easy one but Turmeric is a two-fold helper.

Turmeric with piperine (black pepper) to help lower your dose and it has a ton of anti-inflammatory properties. I used to have good results with the GAIA brand capsules. Unrelated to the kratom seller GAIA. There are cheaper versions but make sure it has the pepper. It can thin your blood if you have other health issues just FYI. I hope you find relief.

Powder, actually.

If you looking to purchase some, that product above is probably the best deal, you get a lot for your money (only need 1/4-1/2 a teaspoon to get more than enough magnesium for the day). Only downside is that is has a very chalky texture.

If the chalky texture is an issue, This product not only has no chalky texture, but it tastes great and is fizzy, so it's basically like soda. The downside though, is that you need a higher dosage. 2 teaspoons yields only 325mg magnesium, whereas the other product, even just 1/4 a teaspoon gives you 867mg of magnesium. Plus, it is a lot more expensive. But some people find the drawbacks worth it to not have the gritty chalky texture.

There is tablets yes, but I've heard several times that the powdered citrate form is the most absorbable.

I've been known to use this shaker cup with all sorts of supplements already in it as part of my wellness regimen. OJ and green powder make a brown color that looks a lot like many protein powders on the market. Plus, everybody will think you're just trying to get fit! My personal preference is Trop 50. It's light(thin?), keeps calories down, and even has one with extra calcium and vitamin D. Good luck and be careful!
Edit: It's also completely sealed so you can toss it in your bag and keep it there 'til you're ready to shake and take it.

in case you haven't already considered this, if you have a vacuum sealer, you can vac-seal mason jars with this attachment. Also needs a plastic air tube if you don't already have it. If you don't have a foodsaver type thing, internet says you can use the same attachment with a hand-held vacuum sealer like this. You can also use it by itself to vac-seal plastic bags. I have never used a handheld so I can't say for sure how good it is. You can probably also find any of that stuff at WalMart or something.

This will keep things tight for a loooong time. Jars come in colors if you're worried about light getting through the clear glass. I'd recommend wide mouth jars for dry goods because they're easier to scoop out of. I do a fuckload of cooking related things so I buy in mass quantities and store a shit-ton of stuff from flours, grains, and sugars to all kinds of dehydrated food in vac-sealed jars. Moisture would fuck any of that stuff up right quick and I have never yet had anything mold or go bad. When I moved I found some dehydrated foods that had gotten pushed to the back of the shelves and were like ten years old and still perfectly good.

Vacuum seal bags can only stand up to a few re-seals before you need to put everything into new bag and static cling becomes your new enemy. Mason jars solve the static and the humidity problems. They come in pint to half-gallon sizes so you can split your stuff up however you want. You can go into them as often as you want and easily seal them back up. Put 'em in a box, throw some paper in so they don't bang together and you're good to go. I keep a working jar filled with whatever I need for the month (which I usually don't bother vac-sealing) and I keep the excess sealed up tight separately on a shelf in the basement. Golden.

This is the one I use. It was recommended by a large number of DIY e-juice mixers. I use it for both that and kratom. Also for kitchen needs. I've had it for about a month and its great so far. Rarely becomes offset but is easily corrected. Has an AC adapter as well as battery power. Previously I'd used something crummy like you're describing that needed to be turned off and on repeatedly to get a good read. Check it out and see what you think.

Oh well, that's why I bought a bag from him last time. You can find them other places and there are different brands of ginger chews. ALSO if you are into your skin feelin GREAT after you shower or bathe, I suggest at the very least trying his Peppermint Tea Tree Activated Charcoal soap, my skin has been dry for decades (its hereditary) and Its never felt as good after soap, unless I used that charcoal soap he has. :)

It's a big one but the American Weigh LB501 is a really nice scale, so nice I have 2 of them (one for DIY e juice and the other for kratom). They can run on AC or batteries and it comes with a nice big bowl you can weigh in without making a mess. If you want cheaper I'd get this one. I use one of those for a backup when I don't feel like pulling the big one out.

There is no exact conversion because you are trying to go from volume to weight. That said, one level, unpacked tsp is approx 2.5g.

Here is approx conversion cc to tsp

1 cc ~0.20 tsp
1tsp (level, unpacked) ~2.5g
0.20 x 2.5=0.5g

Like I said, that's for level, unpacked tsp. If you're packing it in, then it's more (obviously).

Another thing that can be helpful is capsules that are already separated. i think you're just taking too much and possibly too often, just take like half of what you've been taking and only dose like twice a day. Kratom has a sort of plateau effect where you feel good up to a point, but taking more after that will just cause the alkaloids to build up in your body and basically cancel out the good effects

BTW i get stomach pains sometimes too, just make sure you're drinking enough water, and i've also found that those ginger chew candies help settle the stomach amazingly

I used to use capsules, now I use small baggies. You can measure out the kratom before you leave for wherever, so there's no need for a spoon or scale.

I would suggest Zoloft but not at her age. Maybe kava tea at night? Lack of sleep is a big reason I had anxiety at that age. You can get Kava tea from Target, Whole Foods and Amazon. I use this one, it's very mild but helps a lot

I can fit at least 1gram into each of the capsules. They are a bit large, so if you prefer a smaller size 00 fits about half a gram I believe.

I can fit 8 grams in one of these easily, then I take it to work, dump it in a disposable coffee cup, mix with 1/3rd cup of water, and down that shit! (and then chase it with soda or some shit)

PO boxes can be spendy and some places might not send kratom to PO boxes (only seen this once really). Check out the non-usps options too, like Mailbox ETC or other shipping stores in your town. The one in mine provides a real street address and not a PO box # at half the price as what the USPS charges.

If you decide to just try shipping to home, order from one of the places that sends in discreet packaging or has "herbal" in the name. I use HerbResearch and Herbal Salvation often and packaging isn't revealing.

Also, I drink kratom right out of my shaker cup mixed with either water, tea, or SunnyD at my work and when people ask, I tell them it's some "Super Greens Health Shit" and it really does look like it: check it out . You could do the same, just get the kratom, dump it all into some vitamin/healthy mix container like the one I linked so you sister never knows.
