Well they're all on amazon, I'd recommend getting the library editions to save a few bucks if you can. There are comics that pick up from the end of ATLA and ones that pick up after LoK. They're all great so far and I'm super glad I got them. Rise of Kyoshi is also my new favorite novel, so if you liked Kyoshi at all, I highly recommend picking that up. Should be about $15 on amazon too. Lastly there's also Legacy which is meant to be like the book Aang hands down to Tenzin, and Legacy of the Fire Nation from Iroh to Zuko.

--------

Avatar Comics in Order

The Promise, The Search, The Rift, Smoke and Shadow, North and South, Imbalance (current)

There's also The Lost Adventures which is an anthology of a bunch of little comics, all of which are canon but the last two.

--------

Korra Comics in Order

Turf Wars, Ruins of the Empire (current)

---------

There are also a few free short comics on Dark Horse's website, just need to make an account. I'll link those too for ya:

Rebound

Shells

Sisters

Friends for Life

Lost Pets

------

Hope that helps in the future! At the very least you can read the free ones right now, and maybe save the rest for a special treat :)

Avatar: The Last Airbender & The Legend of Korra - The Complete Collection https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07J4MV6GC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_gLXzDb1YEGBCY

I bought it on Amazon Australia with free shipping, obviously the price would be different in other currencies.

Also Happy early Birthday 🎉💕
*I actually bought this as a late birthday gift for myself since I went travelling earlier this year 😅

If you are interested in supporting the creators, Amazon has the complete series Blu-ray for $30.

If not, then kissanime is an option, like be_as_water said. For downloads, /r/megalinks is a good place to look.

Glad you enjoyed it! ❤️❤️❤️

>Definitely wasn’t expecting it to be anywhere near ATLA but I was wrong

Ikr! It totally just blows you away

>it would of been cool if she had to relearn water, earth, and fire bending from kuruk, kyoshi, and roku

Idk. I really like the moment between her and Aang. Plus, I don't wanna watch ANOTHER show about the avatar mastering the elements. It would feel like the same thing all over again.

>I think making her lose connection to her past avatars and never being able to reconnect was a big let down.

I honestly really like what they did there. It put her in a situation where she would have to become wiser on her own. She can't just call up Aang or Wan anymore she had to learn. I think it made her stronger

YOU SHOULD READ TURF WARS: https://www.amazon.com/Legend-Korra-Turf-Wars-Library/dp/1506702023

That's official art work, I think. It was one of the two covers considered for Balance's The Art of the Animated book. I personally preferred this cover, but the other one won out. https://www.amazon.com/Legend-Korra-Balance-Art-Animated/dp/1616556870

I don't know if it's the case with your situation, but the "1-disc" description is likely a mistake. For the Korra Blu-ray on the US site, it still lists it as "1-disc", when it should be 8 discs.

Maybe they are different versions, but this one would probably still have 17 discs. Avatar Blu-rays should still play for all regions.

Sure! So for ATLA there are a series of trilogy stories. Their order is:

The Promise (3 parts, 2012)

The Search (3 parts, 2013)

The Rift (3 parts, 2014)

Smoke and Shadow (3 parts, 2015–16)

North and South (3 parts, 2016–17)

Imbalance (3 parts, 2018–19).

They all take place after the show and were made by and in connection with the creators. They're canon and some later ones reference earlier ones so be sure to read in the chronological order. There's also two anthology series that contain short stories from during the show. "The Lost Adventures" and "Team Avatar Tales."

For Korra there's only two so far:

Turf Wars (3 parts, 2017-18)

Ruins of the Empire (2019-20).

You can buy all of these on Amazon and in many cases you can find them at your local bookstore or library. They are available either in three smaller separate softcover parts or one combined hardcover. I personally bought them all as they came out and have the three individual softcover parts for each trilogy. Three separate covers that way too. Some of them are old enough now that the hardcover might be cheaper or on sale though so you might choose that.

"The Search" part 1 softcover is available here or "The Search" Hardcover part 1-3 is available on sale here.

"Turf Wars" part 1 softcover is available here or "Turf Wars" Hardcover part 1-3 is available on sale here.

You can find the rest of them on Amazon when you get to them too. Have fun!!
