That might work, but I personally like using a phone because its big and clear for a speedometer. I think I might get this http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00LOA8DNQ?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00 to help lock the phone down. All I want is the silicone wrap but it doesn't look like a sold separately. That + xgrip will probably be fine (I fucking hope).

I like this case by Spigen. Not sure how much protection it offers, because I haven't dropped it yet! And this tempered glass screen protector.. I really like the oleophobig feel of the glass. My wife chipped hers almost immediately, but mine has been going strong for almost a year. ...until it bootlooped, lol.

My '09 Scion tC doesn't have integrated Bluetooth, so I bought a Kinivo BTC450 Bluetooth Hands-Free Car Kit and it works great. And best of all, my tC's armrest has both power and the AUX input inside it, so it's completely hidden. The little control panel is discretely stuck on the side of the armrest.

I currently use this one and it works pretty good.

This one's highly rated on Amazon. Haven't used it myself. Seems like it will work well with the LGG4s camera placement.

Usually different USB ports on the same external battery have completely different amperage outputs. I guess just make sure that you are always using the highest amperage output. One thing that you could do is buy a voltage and current meter from Amazon they're like $7 to watch the power flow through your USB and you could test.

I use some WhizTags with Automate to turn on bluetooth, set volume and brightness for when I get to work, am heading out to the car, or when I get home. I really like the keychain tag but I only have use for about 3 tags so far. No issues that I know of, and they are overkill because I don't need that much storage on each tag. Literally all I write is a link to Automate so it is launched when the tag is scanned.

I wonder if these people complaining about the low volume are actually deaf :p I just upgraded to the G4 from my old Sony T, and the G4 is much louder.

I'm using [these] (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JE08H8O/ref=twister_B00LAX6VWW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1). They do a great job of blocking out ambient sound, even my loud ass diesel work truck, and sound great with the stock music app's bass boost.

I am using a reticam mount with a Cullman magnesit copter

Reticam

[Cullman tripod] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0045HKJZU/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_JGgHwb2Y61321)

The Cullman is a travel tripod, nice and compact and can also be used as a handle of sorts to hold the camera.

A full size tripod would probably be better but less portable.

Edit: spelling & grammar

My emails and such come through fine on my G4, also using 5Ghz wifi. Here's what I use for charging:

charging sticker + "leather"? back

micro usb cable

wireless charger

It should be. Something like this is what you're looking for, then just plug in a mouse and transfer your files. If you can't put them on the computer for some reason, I'll show you another method.

It fits, but it's close.

I switched to a $7 techmatte magnet vent mount. I keep the metal tab between the case and phone. My phone has never fallen off yet, even with a case on and rough roads.

They have a CD slot version for $10

Depending on which carrier/version of the phone (doesn't work on the AT&T model), for less than $20 you can get the a qi wireless charging sticker or a whole replacement back with it already installed and a wireless charger. http://www.amazon.com/OEM-Wireless-Charging-Battery-Models/dp/B00N29ECGE/ref=pd_sim_107_4?ie=UTF8&dpID=41MHTf83QBL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_&refRID=016DNWX8TFJ63GN91TTP

I just did the sticker swap on my g4 last week. It took 10 minutes, but probably could have done it quicker if I wasn't being more careful than was really necessary.

I'll cosign on the card formatting thing. I picked up this usb 3.0 compatible card reader and it's been very handy to have for transferring TWRP and Titanium Backups between my SD card and PC. The one downside is that this is a wide card, so it effectively blocks other USB ports. You'd have to pair it with a USB 3.0 extension cable if that is a concern of yours based on your USB port arrangement, or pick up a card reader like this one (which I can't comment on since I don't own, so YMMV).

Hey sorry for late reply. I did freeze it when the phone was off. The reason being it was overheating so fast that I needed to give it any advantage I could.

I used a USB OTG cable and actually used my phone in the freezer https://www.amazon.com/eForCity-Micro-USB-Adapter-Cable/dp/B005QX7KYU I plugged a little USB drive and dumped all the important info from my phone memory (thanks SD card)

I did cut some losses with stuff. I backed up what was necessary and said fuck it.
