Definitely get 2 64gb micro sd cards. You want a backup and you want extra space in case you don’t have time to clear the first one.
I am about 6 months into my Mavic Air (got the same bundle as you - yay 3 batteries, am I right?) and I’ve learned that editing on the DJI go app on my iphone really kinda sucks quality wise. Do you have an iPad? If so, I strongly suggest getting a sd card reader to lightning port adapter. here is an example on (amazon
As far as editing goes, just use the DJI GO app or iMovie at first and then when you really have the time and more experience consider going with Adobe’s Premiere Pro.
Oh, and I would suggest getting quieter propellers and spares if you don’t already have them.
Car charger with the outlet so you can charge on the go (if you travel a lot)
I would suggest getting a portable external hard drive... 1TB would be plenty of space. You’re gonna need it.

I use a Samsung Tab A 7 with a 256GB micro SD card in it and a $20 hood off Amazon to help with the sun. All in was under $200 and since I only use the tablet for my mavic air don't care it's not the fastest one available or on latest version of Android.
Works perfectly fine with DJI Go 4 app and provides a larger screen than my phone did.
