Lets see.

For a start, guy needs to look great for his job as fitness director. Big red flag that you cannot overlook.

Runs a couple of websites selling shredding programs, etc and wrote a book.

Guy has decent musculature and you could easily believe he is natty.

However, guy never quite lost the obvious gyno he had when he wrote his book, as it is still visible at times.

Guy also manages to deflect nicely using an innocent steroid post like a good fake-natty does.

Verdict: Guy has juiced in the past and likely takes TRT now.

Guy is on juice.

1 - he's making a living out of that, selling bullshit theories https://www.amazon.com/Bigger-Arms-Blueprint-Specialization-Training-ebook/dp/B01N6DLMGC/ref=redir_mobile_desktop?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0
>Throughout the years I have found the best way to accomplish noticeable growth in the arms—or any muscle-group for that matter—is the one-bodypart-at-a-time approach.

That is the wrong approach, one bodypart at a time?

2 -
>Just imagine that in a few short weeks, your shirt sleeves will become tighter around your arms; random women will be asking to touch your biceps; and your friends and family will be amazed by how much bigger you look.

Again, a load of bullshit. In a few weeks you gain 0 muscle mass. Your body is going through neural adaptations to training, weights etc the only size you gain is the pump after training.
He's appealing to naives, talking about how girls will go after them. Girls will desire you, please buy this!

3 -
>Well in just 28 days, you’ll be one giant leap closer to getting that same reaction from your peers.

Again...in 28 days, nothing visible happens.

4 -
>Over the years, Alain has helped thousands of naturally skinny guys to finally move the scale and pack on pounds of rock hard muscle mass, regardless of their genetics, and he hopes to do the same for you.

Making the naives feel like they found the last hope with him, the magic secret. There is no secret.

Now lets look at his body.

5 -
Skinny guy with below average genetics. Even with juice, he won't ever get that big. He weighed 107lbs before!

6 -
He posted this TBT pic 1year ago. Shredded. Totally juiced up.

7 -
Lets go back more. He doesn't have HUGE shoulders, still it's not about the size, it's about the shape. They're 3D. Try to have 3D shoulders, specially when your ripped and see if you can, if you're natural.

8 -
That "classic" big thick veins in arms.

9 -
He stays ripped all year around with full muscle bellies

10 -
He competed on stage against guys on juice

11 -
3.5yrs ago, right pic he was on juice.

Watch the above pic again. Look how skinny this guy was, he was a twig... Are you expecting a guy this skinny with such poor genetics to look buffed and ripped without helps? Seriously? If you are, you don't have a clue about fitness/bodybuilding. I admit though for him being so skinny, maybe some doctor prescribed TRT but he definitely is not using only Test.
Even with steroids he won't ever look big because his frame is tiny.

Don't know if the authors are really natural, but a great book for natural guys: https://www.amazon.com/Body-Sculpting-Bible-Men-Fourth/dp/1578266114

Covers workouts, diet, nutrition, exercises, etc.

This is “blatantly” untrue. If you look at recent research such as that from Dr. Dale Bredesen ketogenic diets which include meat improve neurological function and reduce systemic inflammation. Depending on your genetic make up you may or may not respond well to saturated fat. PUFAs and omegas, simply are not unhealthy. That’s not to say that a whole foods plant based diet with primarily lean meat isn’t a good option for most. Also read The Plant Paradox and Grain Brain.

I'd recommend ordering this so you can tell people you had a 6 pack back in the day.

Alternatively, cut your hair so you're bald and get a lifting belt and some chalk. Now you're a powerlifter.

Here's HGH sold on Amazon

Who the hell said anything about fish oil? Again, you're a clown if you think steorids are the only criteria to being unnatural and you're the reason why we have so many fake nattys.

The anti-doping list contains plenty of stuff that aren't steroids, it's that simple.
