My current switches are browns. However, I own reds, blues, and browns. I got all of them except the browns keyboard before I had ever heard of osu!. For me personally, I've found that I've had the greatest success with blues. The only reason I'm not using them now is because my browns board is tenkeyless and I don't have much room. Many people like reds because they are linear and very light so they assume that they will be able to stream faster. For me personally, I find that while using reds I often don't completely register when I have or have not pressed a key yet. Resulting in many misses. Browns are better, as they are slightly tactile, but it isn't by much. Going back to the idea of streaming faster with reds though. While it makes sense at first, you have to consider the fact that the heavier switches such as blues or blacks will bounce back faster after you press them. Meaning they are ready to be pressed again sooner. So if you primarily singletap and always bottom out your keys like me, you will enjoy blues. If you like to alternate a majority of the time and you don't think you will have a problem knowing whether or not you've pressed your key, then you may like reds. If you want something inbetween, try browns. I can't really recommend blacks, clears, or greens though, as I haven't tried them. Although clears do sound like fun.

This is the keyboard I currently have. I think it has good build quality and it looks decent. However, the price seems to be a bit high at the moment. It should be around $85 not $112. So if you want to get that one I'd recommend waiting a bit to see if it goes down.
Gaomon s620 is so good actually, I would recommend watching some reviews on it. In fact, there's a fork of hawku drivers for it too, super nice.
edit: for reference Ive used the shit huion garbage with the giant pen, and also the xp pen star g430s which is actually pretty good except for the slippery cheap pen, but the s620 is better than both of these.

However, if you want to splurge and never have to buy a tablet again, https://www.amazon.com/Wacom-Drawing-Software-Included-CTL4100/dp/B079HL9YSF/ref=sxin_2_ac_d_rm?ac_md=0-0-d2Fjb20%3D-ac_d_rm&keywords=wacom&pd_rd_i=B079HL9YSF&pd_rd_r=e1834c53-8ecf-4883-a7d4-31d9d3a5d34e&pd_rd_w=2oCEh&pd_rd_wg=ZmOs9&pf_rd_p=2938a786-9bec-4d37-8c06-456e3edce5d1&pf_rd_r=MHRG77RX13S6N7RCYZFA&psc=1&qid=1569736321 This wacom tablet is incredible. Pen is super light, rubber covers the majority of it so it wont slip at all, and you can get better drivers for it. But again, more expensive

hope this helps
If you stick with mouse, make sure it is well suited for your grip style. Personally I use a palm grip Logitech Mx518, I've used it actively for 6+ years and it still works flawlessly.
I would recommend Logitech if you want build quality + durability, I have literally worn the black plastic off of the button as well as completely flattened the feet. The G400 series is the same shape, with an improved sensor and reduced price. If you have a palm grip I would highly recommend getting one
I would say no since the G213 is not a mechanical keyboard, however from looking at the store page it seems to be a pretty decent membrane keyboard. For osu! it is generally preferable to play with a mechanical keyboard, usually with red or brown switches. If you want a relatively cheap starter keyboard for osu! I suggest this: Link 62.5$. Keep in mind that reds are viewed as suboptimal for typing although i personally have no problems typing on them. If you want real cherry mx red switches and a good quality keyboard then be prepared to spend 75+ dollars. The investment is worth it if you can afford it though. At the end of the day however, the difference isn't too big and you could play osu! with any keyboa

I'm interested in moving over to tablet after almost a year of mouse play. I know on the FAQ it says that the osu!tablet, Huion H420, Wacom Bamboo CTL and Wacom Intuos Pen are the most common tablets to purchase for osu. I found the Wacom Intuos CTL4100 at 43% off and was wondering if this is the same as the Wacom Intuos Pen? Also, would I be able to edit the playing areas and such with this purchase?
The Magicforce 68 is probably the best budget mech you can go for, worth spending just a little more for it

If you can, get the CTL-480. But if you can't, get a Veikk S640. It's really good and it's only $23.

i just bought a huion 580, hoping it'll be decent. still waiting on it, its slightly larger than the 420 and the reviews are half decent i guess for a budget tablet https://www.amazon.com/Huion-Graphic-Drawing-Tablet-Pressure/dp/B00DKW816K
this was helpful for me also: https://www.reddit.com/r/osugame/comments/2c3mxr/all_you_need_to_know_for_tablets/
if you're willing to drop a little more money on it i'd go for the CTL-480, seems to be the one everyone recommends

Looks like these, not sure though. Also seems to be an older version.
I refer to a hard pad like: https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-G440-Hard-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B01CCQDZVU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1510884686&sr=8-1&keywords=logitech+hard+mousepad.
The surface is plastic, not cloth.
The Logitech g100s is the cheapest mouse I would consider worth buying.

This mouse currently has two amazon warehouse deals for ~$10.
It is the same mouse Angelsim used when he was still a mouse player.
Keep an eye out for deals on /r/buildapcsales and you should be able to snag a mechanical keyboard for around $20.
Replacement pens are available to purchace on amazon/other retailers, you will probably want something such as this, though other pens may also work too.

I bought this one for $50 canadian. I like it, only downside I would say is it's kinda large and you need batteries for the pen (1 fully charged should last a couple of months).
