Ahh yes forgot about all the people who would still be under 21. Totally makes sense. Ok here are random ideas, forgive all the links. I usually go crazy making a pinterest board with EVERY random idea I find and then I edit down.

If you can have the party...outside...try to keep everyone outside.

Or I found this on Amazon...not sure how well it works: https://www.amazon.com/Kenley-Protector-Adhesive-Plastic-Protection/dp/B013X5SMDA/ref=sr_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1538722997&sr=8-15&keywords=rug+protector

Encourage people to drink responsibly...maybe limit your invite list to smaller group of people...keep the bar and activities in ares that don't have new floors (? not sure what the layout of the space is...) Serve items that would not "stain" as much: clear soda and vodka :(

Are the "new floors" carpet? if so has it been treated with stain-preventer, like scotch-guard?

(Paint traps and anything not securely in place will only cause people to trip. slip and fall...even before they start drinking.)

Oh thank you for liking the theme.

I thought of these things long ago, but I just can't combine them together.

Fire: Clear glass candles with liquid paraffin in them or candles,

Earth: Shiny special rocks, green plants, flowers, geodes

Water: Table top water features,

Air: Mini wind sculptures (similar to wind art at start of Twister movie).

But how to put it all together????
I don't care that the air sculptures don't move a lot.

Ceremony is outdoors.

Reception is indoors ... No venue yet, got lots of time, but I like planning everything together so it all has a cohesive feel.

Invitations will be pressed flowers.
Same types of flowers incorporated into ceremony and decor.

Thanks a bunch!

The windows were a little time consuming but worth it. Just foam board and electrical tape from the dollar tree and a $5 watercolor palette 🎨 from Wal-Mart (plus a pencil, ruler, and sharpie).

Edit: in case you're interested...

Window boxes were also made from stuff from the dollar tree (foam board, fake grass, and foam blocks). Just glued them together with hot glue and to finish them up I just painted them with acrylic paint.

For the awnings above the windows I bought theses:

Teacher Created Resources Parisian Awning (77185) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SUWYAW4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_7XgDDb0365116

I sanded off the gloss coating and repainted them (pink = spray paint, stripes = acrylic), then added gold ribbon.
