Physics major here! I loved my writing seminar (Alienation and the Modern Identity), and I found it extremely beneficial. If you have time, read some Nietzsche; I especially liked ON THE GENEALOGY OF MORALS. The single best resource for 103/104 is The Calculus Lifesaver by Adrian Banner. There's a book and a series of recorded review sessions. I stopped showing up to 104 lectures when I found these because they were so much more thorough than the classes. Banner also did review sessions for 201/202 when you reach that point, which are equally good.
