i began playing during the summer of 2001. my older brother had gotten a copy on the recommendation of some of his friends, but didn't like it. so, i started playing on his account when he wasn't using the computer and completely fell in love. i played everquest almost every available moment until the summer of 2004, a few months before everquest 2 came out. when i wasn't playing, i was reading and re-reading this over and over.
i wasn't allowed to play on the computer for more than an hour at a time, though, so i never really leveled up too far. i think i hit level 52 or so on my one character around the time i stopped playing, so it took me about 3 years to get that far on just one character.
playing p99 has been so cathartic because i've been playing several classes (that i never played on live) and going to places i had never gone to before.
everquest 2 was such a huge disappointment for me, and about a month later i picked up a copy of world of warcraft and started playing that. it never captured me the way that everquest did, though.
I bought one during the early days of EQ. Maybe it was during Velious or possibly Luclin. I spent hours reading all the info in it. I still have it and pull it out from time to time. Not very helpful for abilities and skills but amazing for some extra lore. This is my copy
Might not be the most ideal solution, but you can pick up a USB WiFi adapter for 15-30 bucks

Other than that I'd just make sure that you provided all of the requested info for the exemption - I hear many of the delays are due to incomplete or suspicious info
Well they sold strategy guides which was basically a wiki in book form.
This badboy would do the job, only negative is the storage is 32GB, so won't be much cop if you are using it for anything but streaming/p99/general internet.
