I bought this one https://www.amazon.com/Griffin-BreakSafe-Magnetic-Breakaway-MacBooks/dp/B01CQTK6GU and love it, but i got it when it was on prime sale for $20.

It's definitely worth it though. The 2016 Macbook i'm afraid to use the included cable with because it's really rigid and does not pull out easily. Theres also weight on the connector when it's in your lap, so the breakaway cable is a good investment. The magnets are strong enough not to fall off for no reason, and it charges at the same rate as a regular cord.

DIY: Easy to make with EL tape or EL wire. You can solder it up yourself or buy a lot from a site like Adafruit

Take a look at the Snoogle - it's pretty damn comfy and around $60. Also if you use it every day for a year or more then $100 is actually pretty cheap especially if it improves your sleep every night.

I had to look at her other books to see if she always, writes, like, that. Yup. How anyone could read more than 2 paragraphs of that is beyond me. Also realized that this is indeed the same Lark Voorhies that starred in Saved by the Bell.

Those companies invest millions researching what works which is why they are so successful. Here is an awesome book about that.

Not quite the same, but I like this one.

I got [this one] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OKY8BOY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_lBdQAbTPD1MPP) in May 2015 off amazon. It’s a little cheaper than the one you linked. Not sure if their quality has changed in 2.75 years, but mine is still holding up well and it’s appreciably longer than a standard body pillow and HEAVY as all get out. 10/10 would snuggle nightly

Cast iron pan with riveted handle

Another one

However I have always had problems with those breaking, I much prefer a solid piece cast iron skillet, preferably something made turn of the century.

Here you go..

I'm assuming you missed the word "play" in there, right? And "Bang" should be capitalized? ....right?

I love body pillows. But I struggle finding one that is long enough to throw an arm and a leg over. I think I’m just going to have to makeone like this , since there’s no way in hell I am going to pay $100 for body pillow. And this pillow probably isn’t long enough/full of enough cushion.

On mobile so I apologize for the long links but she usually uses some combination of the following:

This one almost nightly - ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee Pillow for Sciatica Relief, Back Pain, Leg Pain, Pregnancy, Hip and Joint Pain - Memory Foam Wedge Contour https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ARJ7SBM?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

This one less often now that she has the wedge below - Sleeping Pillow for Back pain,Soft Memory Foam Lumabr Support Cushion for Side and Back Sleeper, Therapeutic Body Pillow for Sciatica Leg Hip Pregnancy and Joint Pain https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071RM4B53?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

Every night, this is her favorite item and helps a lot in combination with our Casper mattress - https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-Multi-Use-Bed-Wedge-Foam-Pillow/191267219

She still has occasional pains and some days are better than others. She was prescribed opioids for the pain but refuses to take them for the obvious reasons. She was taking 4-6 aspirin every 6-8 hours but now she isn't taking any daily pain medication anymore and only takes a couple ibuprofen on "bad" days. We also recently started going to the gym where we do different muscle groups each visit but it seems like back and legs days have helped her immensely as well.
