Historic Enterprises (https://historicenterprises.com) is great, or if you want to go down the do-it-yourself route, I recommend starting with a shirt/shift in linen and the Medieval Tailor's Assistant ( https://www.amazon.com/Medieval-Tailors-Assistant-2nd-1100-1480/dp/0896762955) book is gold.

Also, it depends GREATLY on where you are and who you are and when you are. Are you a Pole in an allied unit in 1944? Are you in one of the big encirclements on the front in 1940?

This is something called the myth of the clean Wehrmacht. Though yes most regular army soldiers didn’t staff or visit death camps or concentration camps, they were involved in other aspects of the Holocaust, particularly on the eastern front where they at times assisted the Einsatzgruppen in mass shootings. They were also very aware of what was going on in death camps, many witnessed deportations. They were aware of what they were fighting for, and were complicit in the crimes of Holocaust.
