One option is to rethink cooling. You could use an all-in-one liquid CPU cooler that mounts to a 120mm fan so you don't need side intake. You could fit the 5.25" bays with fans for additional air flow from the front. You could install additional fans in the PCI brackets. Or you could make peace with modding.
Another option is just browsing PCPartPicker for cases until you find a modern one you like the look of, although I feel like you're getting away from genuine sleeper status by doing that. Find something reasonably humble in appearance like this case, or pick anything you like the look of and spray paint it beige.

The lack of exhaust vents is another concern. You might need to cut a hole at the top and put an 80mm fan as an exhaust; alternatively, cut a hole at the top rear, just above the rear I/O panel, then put a centrifugal fan like this one.
