This is where I would start. I think you have to examine the principle here. It might surprise you that being a promo model is not a good way to boost confidence. I doubt it would get you more plugged into the car world or get you taken seriously as a car enthusiast. I'll speak to this in two points.

First point, the promo model bit. I had a very small slice of this kind of experience and worked as a promo "girl" in my college days. Strangely enough, one of the events I worked at was a car event. I was not a hood ornament but I was there to interact with the crowd and solicit their involvement. And it was not pleasant. The gaze of people examining me did not give me a confidence boost. It felt like the opposite - I felt reduced to level of the objects, the cars, that they actually cared about. Men in particular did not care two cents about breast size there either. They stared regardless. What they did seem to enjoy was leering at women prepped for them. They liked to be catered to. They liked to have the upper hand of power in that dynamic. They were not fawning. They were visually consuming and then just as quickly mentally throwing the object of their gaze away. Misogynistic men tend to do that. Misogynistic men tend to prefer large breasts too.

I do not think promo modeling is the way to get plugged into the car world. Cars are a male dominated space. Getting more access here is not going to be easy for you as woman. Men tend to defend their spaces and like the understood boundaries that keep women from fulling participating. If anything, my prediction that as a promo model you would be even less accessed in this group. A half-undressed model is meant to stay on the hood, not discuss the mechanics underneath it with the guys.

Now after all this, you may still want to promo model. You know my misgivings about it but an ingrained desire is hard to reason your way out of. If you really want this, you can pursue it. If you are not pretty enough, you use makeup, hairstyling, and outfits. If they say your boobs are too small, you put on a pushup bra or try to figure out the real reason. Men slobber all over small boobs. I removed 5 comments alone today from men slobbering over small boobs in this sub. If you hear "no" 15 times, you ask a 16th time. If they close the door in your face 500 times, you knock on the 501st door. Because if this is what you want, you have a way and small boobs is not the thing closing the door.

But please examine why you really want this. Other posters have mentioned it too and I can attest to it. Modeling is not a way to build confidence. If anything, you realize how much is smoke and mirrors, how not even the image you present actually looks like the true you.
