Not a difficult choice at all for what you listed. 47w802 all the way. X-reality pro and local dimming make a huge difference in picture quality. R550 is a base series. Nothing fancy and has a bit of motion blur during sports or high action scenes. The w802 is gorgeous all around. No motion blur, better color, and I love the the quartz edge design. You can tell it's a high end TV even when it's off. Also, the series was rated by CNET as the best TV for gaming. due to it's insanely low input latency.

Btw, the guy who said don't focus on smart features obviously doesn't know anything about current Sony models as the only non smart TVs you may be able to find are 40 inches and those are actually discontinued as well. (All new models are hitting the stores in the next month or so but this makes for great deals on what's left) Although you can get a lot of those features through an external device, you can't change the fact that manufacturers aren't putting high end panels, processors and other important bits in their low end, non-smart sets and there are huge differences in picture quality even after calibration. Both of these sets are low on the "soap opera effect" but you can turn Motionflow down or off on both of them to reduce that (and you should anyway for the most part.. especially for gaming). Also, both sets will have a gaming mode but the R550 is no comparison to a W series (w802, w850, or w900)

Both of these TVs might be difficult to find right now tho as they are both being discontinued. Great deals on them if you can tho. The 55w802 is still available most places and if you go to best buy or somewhere else that will price match amazon then you can pick up the 55 for ~$1325. (that TV was originally $2000... Best buy requires it to be shipped and sold by amazon and not a 3rd party. But amazon still has it for $1321.33. Just show them where it says shipped and sold by amazon.)

I don't know enough about the GoPro to give it a fair comparison. I do have Sony actioncams though and they would not provide that level of quality in video except outside in very good lighting (sunny day). The Sony HDR-CX455 and better cameras would provide that level of quality in most lighting conditions because of the larger lens and better image sensor.

I like my Sony HDR-CX330 a lot because it is easy to use the start/stop and zoom controls, or you can buy the Sony grip and tripod and use the remote controls there (plugs into USB on right side of camera).

If you buy the international version on amazon they’re like 270$, 300$ with tax (bought mine on Wednesday got them Thursday). The noise canceling is amazing. https://www.amazon.com/WH-1000XM3-Wireless-canceling-Headset-International/dp/B07H2DBFQZ/ref=sr_1_4?crid=19S7KM15YHES4&keywords=sony+wh-1000xm3&qid=1570288216&sprefix=sony+%2Caps%2C133&sr=8-4 Here is the link

It's $263 on Amazon, Just buy it from there. You will definitely have better after-sale support in case something goes wrong.

You're best off buying the Smartwatch holder and then choosing whatever leather band yourself.

Let me know how that goes? durability seems to be an issue with most of these boom mics on amazon. I'm gonna go with this one! Slightly better rating but way fewer reviews.

I have some ear issues that basically require me to wear these for several hours a day. I had the same discomfort issues in addition to some irritation from the leatherette they use on the band and ear cups. I solved this by buying a cover for the head band and for the ear cups. I can take them off and wash them with shampoo to remove skin and oils every few days.

These two purchases have made them immensely more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I have another pair of ANC headphones that I did the same with and it works just as well.

These will not work well for gaming over bluetooth if you need to use the mic at the same time. The bluetooth profiles that enable the microphone on these headphones enable a headset profile that is extremely low quality - so anytime the mic is activated the audio you hear over the headphones is degraded significantly. This is fine for VOIP calls (Skype, Hangouts, whatever) but is terrible for gaming. This isn't an audiophile's complaint, this is a really drastic drop in quality that makes music / game / movie garbled and muddy. Again, this is only when the mic is activated as the headphones swap profiles to enable the mic - and this is true for a lot of bluetooth headsets. If you don't need to use the mic, they're perfectly fine and latency will depend on your setup / sensitivity to latency.

These work decently for gaming with a wired mic: https://www.amazon.com/V-MODA-BoomPro-Microphone-Gaming-Communication/dp/B00BJ17WKK/

However there are far cheaper and better options if you don't absolutely need all the features in these headsets. I've found the reliability of my WH1000XM3s to be poor as well (my 3rd pair is on it's way from Sony as we speak due to defects).

It must have been an inaccurate review. This Amazon one says it does.

I bought these in the end so much better than true grip and better seal / isolation for my ears. Fit the buds fine but slightly have to push to close the case but it’s not too bad.
