They are just re-prints of either old Marvel comics for the OT or DH comics for the PT.

Pretty sure this is it.

Currently reading the most recently released book in The Expanse series by James S.A. Corey, Babylon's Ashes.

If you're looking for a new series to grab, I highly recommend this one. There are 6 main books in the series and 4 anthologies and the world-building is pretty legit.

It also just became a series on SyFy last year and the first season is on Netflix.

Some people are recommending the 2015 Darth Vader omnibus, however, this is not self sufficient, It ties into the main Star Wars series.

It doesn't have an omnibus yet, but the 2nd Vader run, Darth Vader: Dark Lord of the Sith series that started in 2017 is self sufficient. There's a 12 issue hardcover coming out at the end of October that would be good for a new reader

Technically speaking, they did already release one omnibus, Kanan.

There are 6 issues and the volume is simply titled Aphra.

It's followed by the Screaming Citadel crossover with the Star Wars title (Screaming Citadel #1, Issue 7-8 of Doctor Aphra, Issue 31-32 of Star Wars) and then Doctor Aphra and the Enormous Profit (Doctor Aphra #9-13 + Annual #1).
