Taking a first glance at it, it looks pretty solid. Runs the newest android OS 9.0, has plenty of RAM if you want to do gaming on it. Like you wanted, there are also versions with enough storage that you can download apps without having to worry about deleting others. I don't know if you saw this post on amazon, but that looks like a good deal. A couple others I could reccomend to you are the Huawei Honor 8X, which looks like it should suit your needs. If you are willing to stretch further from your budget for a phone that may last longer for about $250 at the time of posting this, I would reccomend to you the Nokia 7.1. A couple reasons you might want to go for this is that it suits your needs, but it is a more well known and trusted company. I used to have one of these and it was a great phone, although my model was older and the speakers broke once after a couple years. Nevertheless, Nokia has great customer service (which is very important), and they fixed the phone right away. They had me send it to them and even paid for my shipping label and got it back to me within the week. If you want the better customer service and are willing to pay a bit more, then go for the Nokia. If not, the Honor 8X, Galaxy A50, and the P Smart are all great choices. One thing to note is that all three of those are quite similar (in fact, by just looking at the front, you can't even tell which is which!) Under the hood, things are similar. So if you find any of those 3 on a deal, I would just recommend to go for the cheaper one. But in my opinion, if you can afford it, go for the Nokia.

I'm looking into getting a new phone as well and we're looking for pretty similar things! The one I'm probably gonna get is the [Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3] (https://www.amazon.com/ALCATEL-OneTouch-Unlocked-Smartphone-Display/dp/B013T5ISN8) and it's $200 on Amazon. (part of why I like it so much lol)

My only concern is the processor, because tbh I don't know too much about phones haha. It's an octacore, which sounded really cool to begin with, but now that I'm realizing it's pretty much just one 1.5 GHz quadcore and another 1.0 GHz quadcore I'm having some doubts... I'm switching from one with a 1.3 GHz for reference.

But anyway, I'm probably still gonna get it, and it should come in a few days so if you're still looking in like 3 or 4 days, I'll let you know how it is! Pokemon is a selling point for me too so hopefully that works well on this phone :P

I'd recommend as a first look to check out the Moto E af this price point. It's best known among the very cheap phones for delivering well on its claim for all day battery and will do the basics for everything else. Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is one of my options, it has a snapdragon 650 and 3 GB ram and comes for around $180, its pretty good, but I've heard it has a plethora of issues (mainly heating problems). But the other option is the Moto G4 which is pretty well reviewed, but has specifications which are worse for a higher price. So I actually have no idea.

Have a look at the Huawei Honor 6X its one of the best phones at your budget. If you have prime you can also look at the Moto G Plus as it would fall into budget

Two excellent options are the Samsung Galaxy S8+ and the LG G6.
You can also look into getting the Samsung Note 8.
