Update: Sewing Scotch-Brite sponge cloth (http://www.amazon.com/Scotch-Brite-Sponge-Cloth-9055-2-Count/dp/B0043OYFVO) together worked very well along with a runner's cap for F3 and Fp2; the wires wrapped around very well to the back of the unit from under the cap. However, you have to turn the headset upside down for it to be comfortable. For M1, the other site I'm interested in, I will probably have to cut a hole in the runner's cap to string the wire through.

EDIT: This looks like a good running cap choice actually, as it has a hole in the back already so string wires through: http://www.amazon.com/Pearl-Izumi-Thermal-Skull-Black/dp/B0089DP0CS/ref=sr_1_4?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1376431311&sr=1-4&keywords=Pearl+Izumi+thermal

Your best bet would be to buy cut the electrode end of the fixed cable off. Then you can strip the ends and use a screw or solder banana connectors attached to end to interface with the Amerex sponge electrodes.

I have decided to buy the banana plugs and jacks from amazon can anyone here verify that I am going to buy the correct ones

Also, will this meter be ok to measure the current?

I tried finding the fuse but I was unable, can anyone post a link to where you got yours. Finally, I was wondering if has anyone experimented with HD-TDCS

According to Amazon reviews, they are the same as the copperhead Duracells, just cheaper due to bulk.

12 of them are $15.09 [on Amazon].(http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002UGVWA4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

The DVM810 is inexpensive and does the trick.
It is about $12 on Amazon

The lower DPST switch is an off-the-shelf power switch with an integrated LED that I will be using for master system power. The row of switches will be a DIP switch initially, to allow you to dial your current in quarter mA increments, although if I could come up with a rotary switch solution I might switch to it.

I have also bought an in-line analog current meter that goes to 3mA that I will use for at least the prototype, but the 'production' one probably won't have it as long as the dip switched CRD's are consistent and reliable.

All credit goes to http://speakwisdom.wordpress.com/2013/04/02/a-very-simple-current-regulated-tdcs-device/ for the idea and the stolen image.

By the way, if anyone is curious, here's my parts list:

Something like this.
http://www.amazon.com/K-TOR-Pocket-Socket-Generator-Portable/dp/B00658Z3UI/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1454120122&sr=8-3&keywords=Hand+Crank+Generator+Portable+Power

I don't see a 9 volt battery one, but you could just plug a 9 volt battery recharger into this. (Except I think it could take 4 hours to charge up. Maybe the 30 minute recharger then?)

I bet that would work still.

Crank and supply the current of a 9 volt battery to a tDCS device while doing a tDCS session. No battery at all. Disregarding movement influencing tDCS effectiveness, that would probably work too.
