Perhaps you are confused by the fact that there are two versions of Stop Making Sense out on CD: the original release, with the songs somewhat out of order, and a Special New Edition that came out later, and that restores the song flow to being the same as the movie. There was also a VHS version which included Cities and Big Business/I Zimbra -- which have never shown up on any CD that I'm aware of.
