I'm learning to be a professional artist atm, but I'm also eighteen so take what I say with a grain of salt!
Something that I do from time to time when I'm learning how to draw in a specific style or medium is that I look at what other people have drawn and I replicate their drawings as an exercise. Or sometimes when I'm on a flight or on the bus, I'll draw the people around me. I guess what I'm saying is you should just keep practicing and do what comes naturally!
Note: a really, REALLY good book on drawing people can be found here: http://www.amazon.com/Drawing-People-Portray-Clothed-Figure/dp/1581803591
That will be pretty cool. Reminds me of the avatars in Archangel-Protocol, a great sci fi book series from a while back. Lots of what is happening today had been predicted in Scifi novels. Although I recall that many had said that India and China would end up being great centers of entertainment creation and selling that online/through cable/whatever as they had tons of people that would act/write cheaply. Haven't seen that come out yet...
Ok so..
The show has an official manga. https://www.amazon.com/Panty-Stocking-Garterbelt-Tagro/dp/1616557354/ref=sr_1_3 (you can likely find it on free sites.

I had trouble locating it. But studio trigger made a "canon" comic for it. If you can find it. More power to ya.
Abraham Lincoln the great vampire hunter
Ha, my Mum was an English teacher and has retired now. So by that you can guess her age. After reading http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Unfolding-Language-Guy-Deutscher/dp/0099460254 she is convinced that the subjunctive will die out soon ;w;.
I must admit, when I see official documents get it wrong, it grinds my gears hahaha.

Seems easier to find the relevant ones here. You'll still have to sift through some others, but hey.

Waltzes
I try to kill in time to the music. Sometimes I will mute all the game sound effects and play with just the music. I find it works best when I am playing scout/soldier/pyro/huntsman sniper. It does not work as well with other classes. For spy/medic/heavy I do no music at all. For engineer/demoman/regular sniper/shortstop scout it does not really matter.

There are tons more used ones then new ones now. They don't make it anymore so the only sealed ones left are the ones people bought and never opened, and how many people did that? The older the game the pricier the gap, such as Zelda on the NES

I'm in the same boat man. I've been fucked by the DMV for 2 years now so I still don't have a license, and I'm 20. I'm pretty jealous of people that have the coordination to play instruments!
I understand the money struggle as well. I live on a dead-end island where all jobs are seasonal, so during winter jobs are scarce.
If you are scared about frying parts, you may want to look into getting an ESD mat, an ESD wrist strap, and a proper PC repair toolkit. Just some things every PC builder/user should have in their arsenal. Just follow proper procedure and ground/discharge yourself before working on parts and you'll be fine.
